House holiday rentals in Dillon

Great place to stay with lots of room for everyone in our party. Close to various ski areas and the town of Silverthorne has everything you need for a great visit. We greatly enjoyed the amenities center and the hot tub/heated pool. Highly recommend!

This is a small, ground-floor one-bedroom condo that is a three minute walk to the Gondola. Comfy small bedroom. Nice largish bathroom. Good fold out couch. Small table that fits four. Perfect for 2 or 3 adults, or two adults and two kids. Everything inside seems new. (Looks like a complete renovation within the past year – we could not find a ding in the paint anywhere.) Good set of kitchen stuff. Anything that might be problematic (e.g., how to pull out the couch or whether the window lock is on or off) is clearly marked. A surplus of hangers. Plenty of towels. One gets the sense of a host who has thought through everything. The management company is a mile down the road and was pleasant and helpful in picking up the keys. If you want a reasonably priced place right by the slopes I can't imagine anything better.

We loved staying at Tyler’s place for the weekend. The place is very quiet, my daughter was able to sleep very well despite being a place away from home and her difficulty to sleep overall. The apartment was also very clean and just like it looks like in the pictures. We would love to come back in the near future. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Tyler!

Dean's place was a great base for a ski-trip - centrally located for Copper, A-Basin and Loveland, and close to shops and restaurants in Dillon. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Two things to be aware of. The apartment is on the ground floor and so doesn't have anything in the way of mountain views, if that's important to you, and the hot tub is a shared facility in the clubhouse, which is a 5-minute walk/1-minute drive. Enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in choosing Dean's place for our next trip.

This unit was perfect for our girls' ski trip. It was great to have three bathrooms and lots of stocked items! There is a great view from the deck and we especially liked the hot tubs, steam room and sauna after a full day of skiing. It was so easy to get over to Copper Mountain and a quick trip back at the end of the day. It was also nice to be in a quiet area with plenty of parking! Frisco has many great restaurants and cute shops within walking distance! (I even found two geocaches when I was out and about.) Nicole was very responsive and the binder in the unit was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Very beautiful home, very private also. I loved the fact that we had access to the club and lake house. That was a huge highlight of our stayed specially for our kids they really enjoyed.

This was a family trip for relatives visiting from the UK to discover the Colorado mountain and skiing. We could not have asked for a better place to start the day and regroup after adventures in the big mountains. This home is tastefully decorated and appointed with everything you need to enjoy cooking and socializing after a day of skiing and exploring.

The appliances all worked. The Kitchen was well equipped with knives silverware dishes cups and tools. The hot tub was excess easy to use. The bathrooms are a bit dated but functional. The location is two minutes from grocery store and two ski shops very nearby. Several restaurants near the Grocery Store and the gas grill worked perfectly. Views are beautiful. Driveway is not paved. Jason was an excellent host easy to work with.

We had booked Erin’s place for a family trip and it exceeded our expectations. Erin was very responsive and helpful with local recommendations and things to do in general. I would definitely recommend booking with her!

Absolutely Wonderful experience. The house had all the amenities we needed and then some. Check-in was super easy and the host touched base with us to make sure it went smoothly. We loved the layout of the large house, all the space/beds, the hot tub, and the kitchen was well stocked with all that we needed to make food as well. The fenced in backyard was a nice bonus for the dogs. We also appreciated the extra towels (especially with the hot tub) and bedding/blankets (as it was chilly at night). We only wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you, we had a great weekend getaway.

Cabin in the sky was the perfect place for my sister’s birthday weekend! The location cannot be beat! They had everything we needed to make our stay feel like home in the mountains. It is close enough to town and hikes, but while you are at the house you feel as though you are the only ones around. It was comfortable, clean, and absolutely perfect! I would recommend this place to anyone, and I hope we can return again in the future!

Everything about Doug’s listing is phenomenal! It’s the perfect mountain side retreat everything from the hot tub, to the scenic views to the privacy this place offers was amazing. I’d definitely return with my family if available. 1000/100, recommended. I will say though, the elevation here can cause elevation sickness, for all my fellow Texans, be sure to hydrate well in advance :) we acclimated within a day.

Great location in Summit County - perfect for our family weekend! We rented during shoulder season but this would be a great spot for ski season or a summer getaway to the mountains. Great kitchen - everything you need to cook in and also close to grocery store’s & restaurants.

This place is amazing. I love everything about it. I would definitely book again. One thing to note, the house has a nema 14-50 outlet that accommodates a Ev charger but the house does not have an actual charger for an electric vehicle.

This was a last minute booking and we were great full to the hist tgat they could make it work with only a few hours notice before check-in.

Cisco was a great host. Responded quickly with any questions we had. Place was as described. Hot tub was hot and very clean. Close to keystone and surrounding slopes. Check out instructions were very simple and easy. Will definitely keep him in mind with any future trips 👍🏻

This townhouse with an attached garage and supplied garage door opener was perfect to get out of the storm after a day on the surrounding mountains. The garage has 4 open lockers and board holders that I found very convenient to hang all of my stuff up. I would definitely stay here again.

It was peaceful and quiet, there is stuff to do all over, but my wife and I were looking for a quiet getaway, and we got it here. There was also a somewhat domesticated fox running around a popped up a couple of times. Hanging out at the front door and back porch. The staff was wonderful and helpful. We did have a brief power outage, but staff was all over it and the Alpine called shortly after just to check in, and were always responsive, even allowed us to check-in early. We will be going back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Carolyn's home in Frisco! The space was incredible—beautiful, cozy, and perfectly equipped for a winter getaway. The hot tub set beneath the stars was a highlight for our family, offering the perfect way to unwind after exploring all day. The home strikes a great balance between feeling tucked away in nature and being conveniently close to town, with great restaurants and stores just a short drive away. What truly set this stay apart, though, was Carolyn's kindness and thoughtfulness. After we left a few items behind, she went out of her way to ship them back to us, which we deeply appreciated. It's rare to find a host that attentive and caring! I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful, wintery escape. We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous Breckenridge home! Check-in was super easy with clear instructions, and the place worked perfectly for our big family group - from grandparents to little kids, everyone had what they needed. The whole house is beautifully designed with amazing finishes, heated floors, and a kitchen that made us feel like we were living in luxury. The mountain views from every window were just breathtaking, and we spent so much time on the deck soaking it all in. Honestly, we’re already talking about booking again next year!
