Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Dienten am Hochkönig

This is a very modern and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with a view over a beautiful lake called Fuschlsee. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the evening. The apartment had a very high-end coffee maker and other high-end appliances. Our host provided us with a free pass for the Salzburg public transportation system, including a bus which runs to Salzburg city center from a stop very close to the apartment.

The Chalet was exactly as the photos portrayed. It was well appointed with plenty of furniture for everyone to be comfortable as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. We did have some confusion when we arrived to find the two bunk beds had not been fitted with linens. We were six people - one couple and four singles - so we had expected to be able to use all of the beds. The solution was simple, we moved the linens from the other half of the two king beds, but we were surprised that all of the beds were not made. The only other issue was regulating the temperature in our bedroom. We kept the window open all day so that it would cool down enough for us to be comfortable sleeping, but by the middle of the night the room was quite warm again. (We could not leave the window open during the night due to street noise.) All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Chalet.

Great appartement! Looks exactly like on the pictures. A bit far from the city center as it is not easy to find a parking spot in salzburg city itself but we had a great time. Would stay there again

Woning bestaat uit 2 verdiepingen. Onder een luxe en ruime badkamer en 3 slaapkamers met elk een 2-persoonsbed. Prima bedden en kussens. Boven een woonkamer incl keuken met een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Wij waren met 4 personen en het was voor ons ruim genoeg. Keuken lijkt wel nieuw en is zeer kwalitatief. Enige wat wij misten is een grotere koekenpan (met anti aanbaklaag). In de kelder veel ruimte voor ski’s of fietsen en genoeg ‘drogers’ voor de skischoenen. Ook een Miele wasmachine en droger aanwezig. Supermarkt op 500 meter, prima te lopen. Skilift is 1500 meter met voldoende parkeerruimte, ook in het hoogseizoen. Een heel fijn huis waar we graag nog eens naar terug gaan.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche bei Kristina verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist ein echter Glücksgriff für alle die gemütliches Bergambiente kombiniert mit tollen Interieur Design genießen wollen Wir kommen gerne wieder!

My son and I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is clean, very nicely appointed and in brand new condition. It's an easy walk from the train station and to the town center. We appreciated getting away from the hustle and bustle of Salzburg in the evening to this special place. I wish we could have spent more time exploring this quaint town! The host was very easy to communicate with, prompt, and provided great local suggestions. The backyard is a great place to relax too! Highly recommend Premium Apartments. We would definitely stay here again!

Wir haben wundervolle 6 Tage in Südtirol verbracht und mit dem Chalet Rueper Hof den perfekten Rückzugsort für unseren Aufenthalt gefunden. Die überwältigende Aussicht, die sehr hochwertige Ausstattung, die Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe sowie die Gastfreundschaft von Bettina (und Oswald) haben unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Das optional buchbare Frühstück ist liebevoll zubereitet und sehr empfehlenswert. Besonders fehlen werden uns auch die täglichen Streicheleinheiten bei den hofeigenen Ziegen. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Eine richtig tolle Unterkunft! Direkt am Rand gelegen, sodass man fast keine Nachbarn hat, richtig urig und top Ausstattung in der Küche. Lage Premium! Brötchenservice ist sehr zu empfehlen. Einziges Minimanko sind die Betten, die etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind und quietschen. Ansonsten hat alles einwandfrei gepasst!

Snezana-Mile je úžasná hostiteľka, ktorá veľmi rýchlo reagovala na naše otázky (a bolo ich veľa 😊). Ubytovanie je v dedinke kúsok od Salzburgu, v peknom modernom dome. Je v tichom prostredí, veľmi čistý, pohodlný, kuchyňa je plne vybavená, a okrem klasického vybavenia nás potešili aj drobnosti - kávové (a čoko) kapsule, čaj, koreniny a podobne. V kúpelniach nechýbali všetky potrebné hygienické potreby. V izbách bol dostatok úložného priestoru. Potešili aj sieťky proti hmyzu v oknách. Naša 8-členná skupinka sa cítila veľmi príjemne a pohodlne. Do centra Salzburgu je to autobusom cca 20 minút, Snezana-Mile mám vybavila aj cestovné lístky. Ubytovanie v Au jednoznačne odporúčam, veľmi radi sa sem ešte niekedy vrátime. Snezana-Mile – ďakujeme veľmi pekne ♥

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft liegt in traumhafter Lage – mitten in der Natur und perfekt zum Wandern. Dank der Gästekarte konnten wir viele tolle Angebote der Region nutzen. Die Wohnung selbst ist hochwertig ausgestattet, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet eine fantastische Aussicht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der super freundliche und hilfsbereite Kontakt zu Elisabeth – wir haben uns von Anfang an rundum wohlgefühlt. Klare Empfehlung, wir kommen gerne wieder!

We hebben erg genoten van Barbara’s verblijf. Bij aankomst stond Barbara klaar om ons te verwelkomen. Het appartement had precies wat we nodig hadden en de omgeving was prachtig! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

We had a lovely time staying here and exploring Salzburg! It was really easy to find the place and get inside - Ray's instructions were very clear and helpful! It's really easy to get to the city centre and the central train station which meant exploring the city and it's surroundings was simple! Ray was very communicative and ready to answer any questions we had! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily stay here again next time we visit Salzburg!

Wir hatten eine super tolle Zeit im Haus in Österreich! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und genauso wie in der Beschreibung. Die Lage war ruhig und perfekt, um zu entspannen und die Natur zu genießen. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und der Kontakt zum Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. :)

Wir waren zu einem verlängerten Wanderwochenende bei Maria und Josef zu Gast. Ich kann mich den vorhergehenden Bewertungen nur anschließen - wir hatten eine wunderbare AirBnB Erfahrung im besten Sinne, so, wie es ursprünglich gedacht war! Man bewohnt die obere Etage des Einfamilienhauses - genug Privatsphäre, aber auch "Familienanschluss"! Maria und Josef haben ein weites Herz, sind sehr freundlich, offen und hilfsbereit und haben uns tolle Tipps für unsere Wanderungen gegeben. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, super sauber, im traditionellen Stil eingerichtet, man hat überall einen tollen Blick, der Balkon bietet Platz zum Essen. Die Lage ist ganz ruhig und inmitten der Natur, trotzdem ist man in wenigen Autominuten im Ort zum Einkauf oder auf der Autobahn und kann auch entferntere Ziele schnell erreichen. Es gibt in der Gegend viel zu erkunden, von leichten Spaziergängen bis zu herausfordernden Gipfeltouren! Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl und willkommen und würden ohne Bedenken wiederkommen!

We had a wonderful stay in Gmunden. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located. Martina & Alex were kind, responsive, and paid great attention to detail. Truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und in einer unglaublich schönen Lage. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet mit allen Utensilien die man brauchen kann. In der Umgebung kann man toll wandern gehen, Saskia und Arturs kennen sich gut aus und haben viele hilfreiche Tipps für Unternehmungen. Die beiden waren total freundlich und haben uns viel geholfen. Die Wohnung ist nur zu empfehlen!

Wir haben uns bei Daniel und Katrin sehr wohl gefühlt. Das obere Geschoss stand uns mit einem privaten Eingang alleine zur Verfügung und hatte alles, was man benötigt. Die Umgebung ist am Berg wunderschön und ruhig. Katrin ist super lieb und herzlich und war jederzeit gut erreichbar. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen :)

Das Apartment ist sehr schön und man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause; die Küche ist super ausgestattet, ebenso ist der Grill toll. Der einzige Minuspunkt sind die nicht vorhandenen Vorhänge im Schlafzimmer - es ist schon sehr früh sehr hell! Für einen entspannten Urlaub kann ich das Apartment sehr empfehlen!

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung am Rand von Fuschl mit einem tollen Blick auf den See! Wir waren knapp eine Woche mit unserem Hund dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge in der Region. Hundebesitzer werden die grüne Umgebung lieben, die zu Spaziergängen einlädt. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich eine alte Mühle, in der man ein Mal pro Woche nach Vorbestellung frisches, traditionell gebackenes Brot bekommt. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Po příjezdu k místu ubytování nás nadchla krásná okolní krajina. Proces ubytování je dobře popsán a byl zdolán na první pokus. Apartmán na nás dýchl kouskem domova a byl skvělým odrazovým můstkem při celodenních turistických výletech. Apartmán má úžasný výhled na okolní krajinu a vrcholky Alp, východ slunce je tu uchvacující. Odjet se nám nechtělo. Děkujeme 😉👍
