Holiday rentals with a patio in Diemen

Anna’s place was a fantastic find and we had a brilliant stay. The house is beautifully set up and felt homely on arrival. Being so high means you really feel like you’re away from everybody, and opening up the doors to the tops of the trees rustling was so relaxing. The hosts were also super responsive and friendly, adding to the positive stay. One thing to be aware of - the property is up three flights of steep stairs. We found it ok, but if you have any mobility issues it might be challenging.

My husband & I really enjoyed a 4 night stay at Rogier’s beautiful home! Rogier was very accommodating, responsive & informative on how to use the modernized details of his home. The home is exactly as listed ~ beautiful & has lots of modern details with still having the charm & character of years before. Great location in the center of arts & music, steps from groceries, restaurants & transit. We would absolutely stay at Rogier’s lovely home again when traveling to Amsterdam!

Rosalie was friendly and very responsive, she gave us clear directions of how to get to her place. Her home is exactly like the photos, very clean and modern aesthetic. The only down side about the apartment is that there was no TV, I’m sure this wouldn’t be a problem during the summer but it was for us when we went in the winter as the weather wasn’t great. Overall I would recommend this place , it had everything we needed and it wasn’t too far from the city centre. It was nice to see a different part of Amsterdam.

Elliot was very generous and he even let me check in early and check out later simply he had the flexibility to do so which was highly appreciated. And the place was also very clean

Fantastic stay! What a COOL place with all the right features... Very unique and convenient to Amsterdam's most exciting neighborhood. The rooftop patio was such an amazing place to relax and unwind and the home's history is seen/felt with every view. Love it, thank you for making your home available to visitors!

We had a wonderful time at Anthony’s apartment. The location is fantastic - very walkable to many attractions and restaurants but on a peaceful and quiet street. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom was nice and dark - great for jet lag. We didn’t make use of the kitchen or outdoor space, but that was nice as well. Anthony and Zino were very responsive and gave lots of good suggestions for local restaurants and cafes. We would absolutely stay here again.

Everything as describe. We felt very good there. We had a car, so was pretty convenient. Thanks for everything. Jenny was very nice.

Had a lovely stay at Paul and dafnas place, lots of cooking equipment for all types of cooking. Lovely garden and beautiful surroundings. Will definitely stay again in the future if available!

One of the most charming and comfortable stays I’ve ever had! The accommodations, furniture, and décor were beautiful and made the space feel so inviting. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed—kitchen essentials for cooking, a TV, strong Wi-Fi, and a nice hot shower. Our host was always responsive and kind, which made our experience even better. We had such a relaxing time here and would absolutely stay again.

We loved staying in Elske’s place! It was in a great area and she gave us great recs about places to eat and things to do! We didn’t remember that there was a washing machine so that was a nice bonus to have clean clothes. She was very accommodating and quick to respond. It felt very spacious because it was well organized and uncluttered! Thanks for a great stay!

Tessas house is in a quiet sidesteet centrally located in Weesp, right next to a well stocked supermarket. easy and cheap parking, including EV charging at many locations nearby. Excellent as a base for exploring Amsterdam - the train to the city centre is short walk away. Wesp itself has a nice atmosphere and plenty of bars and restaurants neatly located by the canals. I can only recommend Tessas house!

An amazing experience at Lotte & Marc’s place! Very clean, everything I needed for my stay and Lotte was just like a family member. Very accommodating and welcoming. Was able to check in early and they even left a few treats for me. Lotte met me upon arrival and showed me around. The location is a bit out of central but I loved it. Easy to either walk everywhere or take the tram which is only a 2-3 minute walk. Very spacious and quite. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed everything about our stay here. Comfortable and easy to get around the city from here. Neighborhood was friendly and easy to navigate.

This place was an amazing find. It’s located in a lovely and peaceful area of Amsterdam with great links to the centre - so we got the benefit of experiencing both sides of Amsterdam. The apartment was phenomenal - we really felt like it was our home while we were there. In all honesty, not really being a ‘cat-person’ (sorry guys, haha) I was a bit unsure about the cats when I saw they would be there but they were the BEST addition to the experience - Jappie (hope I spelt that right) became my best mate :D

I can honestly say that this was the BEST Airbnb I've ever stayed in! Perfect apartment: super clean, everything worked, plenty of amenities, comfortable bed, huge shower, cute balcony, just fab. Also a lovely area, very peaceful despite so many apartments around. Really helpful, responsive and friendly hosts - honestly, eveything about the stay was excellent. Bill’s apartment was fantastic for our stay. The parking was great and felt secure, and the tram link into Amsterdam is just around the corner. Great value for anyone looking to explore Amsterdam and be very comfortable over a long weekend!

We had an outstanding experience staying in Sem and Louise's home. They were everything you could hope for in a host and more—friendly, proactive, and helpful. Their flat is lovely. It is stylish, well-appointed, and exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked and easy to navigate. The living room is spacious and a delightful place to read or watch TV. Though we didn't use it, it's really nice to have a full-sized dining table. The bedroom and master bath are upstairs. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom has both a shower and a large tub. There's an additional small bathroom downstairs. It was clean and cheerful, and we loved feeling like locals for a few days. The neighborhood is great and walkable to many cafes and restaurants. The hosts left a binder with restaurant recommendations, which is how we discovered Little Collins and the Scandinavian Embassy. All told, the experience was a 10/10. We loved the apartment and the hosts and will definitely return.

Beautiful and spacious place, exactly as described and pictured. The location is fantastic—everything is within walking distance or easily accessible by public transport. Finding a place with such a generous outdoor terrace in this area is rare, and it was a real highlight. Highly recommended!

My family had a wonderful stay at Niels’ place. For starters, Niels saved us after another host cancelled our stay (citing nonspecific “maintenance” issues) less than 24h before we were due to check in. He then let us drop off our luggage while his place was being readied for us, which was very helpful since our plans had been upended. Throughout Niels was kind and very communicative. And the home itself was perfect. My family of five slept very comfortably and loved the location. Very grateful for our time there!

We had a great Stay in Florentijn's place in Amsterdam. The location is perfect as it is in a very nice part of Amsterdam (De Pijp) with many Restaurants and Shops, but still secluded and quiet during the nights. As it is connected via Metro in only three stations to the Central Station you can be in the city center in only 15 min but also other highlights in Amsterdam are ease to reach. The flat is small but has everything you need. We traveled as family with two kids (9 & 6y old) and everything worked out great. Florentijn answered all our questions super quickly and also helped us with questions to parking and public transportation. As we traveled on the Easter weekend, accommodation prices were high everywhere and the city was even fuller with tourists than normal. If you can avoid these peak times even better, but we still managed everything we wanted to do and had a wonderful family weekend.
