Authentic summer house with a pool in the site, a cafeteria where you can meet your needs, has a safe garden with fiber internet, a safe garden with fiber internet, you can also enjoy a barbecue in the garden, there is air conditioning in all rooms, 10 minutes to the center by car, 10 minutes to the center of the car. There is no shortage of parking, you can park in front of the house. It is 15-20 minutes by car to the bays in Akbuk.

Villa with pool near the beach

it was a great villa holiday where everything was considered down to the last detail. When you throw away, you can find everything, we just did grocery shopping. There is a carforsa market nearby. The pool looks small in the photos, but the pool is very ideal. It was very good to check the HP value and clean everything. You have no worries about finding a place on the beach, you have sun loungers and umbrellas belonging to your villa. The sea is perfect, the water is very clean. I recommend a place where you can really feel at home...

Had a great stay at Hakan’s Villa with my family. The Villa was beautiful to stay in, very clean and spacious. He was very accommodating in getting the pool prepared especially for our stay before season started; however a few hiccups with the pool filter and fountain not working and being unable to use the pool freely at times. He was quick to try and resolve. Points to note for future residents: - Please be careful as floors are extremely slippery, especially outside with sliders on - Recommend to hire a car if you stay here as closest shop is a driving distance Great stay overall, thank you!

Villaasurdidim(instgrm) Luxury villa 100 meters to the sea

Mr. Eren and Mr. Şahin were very interested. There were enough kitchen supplies in the kitchen to meet all your needs. The linens were spotless. 3 families can stay very comfortably. There are toilets on each floor. There is a bathroom on the 2nd and 3rd floor. There is no water coming out of the bathroom on the top floor only when there is a lot of downstairs use. On the other hand, the bathroom on the top floor is visible from the outside. You may need to put sheets etc. in the glass. However, I informed Mr. Eren. They'll do something like a one-sided movie, etc. Since I rented it at the end of March, I couldn't evaluate the pool, but it was quite enough for detached use. It is 5-7 minutes away by walking to the sea. There are grocery stores very close by. Decent neighborhood and quiet place. Each room has air conditioning and has good thermal insulation. It keeps the heat stable for a long time. Something like carpet can be placed on the floors to reduce the sound echo. It was a perfect experience for my family. Thank you so much Mr. Eren and Mr. Şahin 🙏🏻😊

there is no parking problem, the pool is sufficient and clean , the prices of food and drink are affordable , the employees are interested, the houses are clean, the items are renovated , the only thing missing is that there are no mosquito nets, I hope the mosquitoes will be stuck!!!

We a couple from Germany, spent 5 days in Metin's apartment and it was really very pleasant. Water pressure and air conditioning were great and everything very clean. The hospitality was also great, so we even found fresh fruit and a bottle of wine as a welcome greeting in the apartment at night when we arrived. Important without a rental car, you can't get along in the entire zone on this side of Bodrum. We are happy to book Metin's apartment again. Best regards from Berlin,
