Ms. Zeynep is a nice host. You can quickly answer your questions. Mr. Hakan, who met us, and his wife are also very kind and helpful. Davutlar is calm, the site is full of listening. The pool is very clean and sometimes you use it as a private pool. Having two bathrooms is an advantage. There is air conditioning but not necessary. It's not too humid. You can open the windows and go to bed. There's a mosquito net. Ants are a bit of a hassle in the kitchen, but there's an ant medicine in the kitchen. If you have young children, you can go to İçmeler Bay in the National Park. The sea is like sand and the pool. If there are no children, you can go to other bays, calmer but stony. Unforgettable stay in a hidden paradise This was one of the most unbelievable places we’ve ever stayed! Tucked away inside a serene mandarin garden, the mansion is the perfect retreat for families or groups looking for peace, beauty, and a touch of luxury. The surroundings are calm and lush, and the view of the beach at sunset is absolutely magical. The amenities are exceptional—an infinity pool, and even table tennis and a pool table made every day enjoyable. It truly felt like a private resort. What made our stay even more special was the host. Not only was he incredibly welcoming and friendly, but he also went out of his way to bring us fresh fruit and even drove us to the grocery store—something we’ll never forget. This place is ideal for family reunions. I honestly can’t say enough about how wonderful everything was. I hope to come back someday soon—it really was a dream.

We had everything we needed at home. It is close to the center and even to every place to visit in Kuşadası. It was a house that we visited again and again.

In addition, a balcony with sea views, the sunset can be watched. Çamlaraltı Bay (Çamkoru Sitesi), which my teacher recommended, was a magnificent place to have breakfast and swim, we went twice. Haydar Bay, Akbük Coast was very good. Only the Police Moral Camp, where public personnel could enter, was also very nice. We also visited the beaches and bays of Didimin, Sarıkum 2 Bay was a small and calm beach. Cennetköy Beach was also small and beautiful. The house we stayed in was very well located due to its proximity to the places we visited...

We were very satisfied with the house, everything was as it was described. We felt like at home here. We even had the opportunity to get to know the house owner. Very nice, positive person and the Mr. Engin, who picked us up and led us to the house, was also a very nice man, were very nicely received and if something was, we were also allowed to contact us again and again. We can only recommend this house. We'll even be ready for a second time.

thank you very much for a good rest, as for a family holiday I highly recommend, everything is close to 4 children with different ages, there is something to do and everything in an accessible distance, the pool is clean, volleyball field, tennis, billiards, good beach and sea, and of course a very packed kitchen with dishes and appliances greatly facilitates the cooking process and a lot of appliances so you feel at home, quiet contingent and very quiet and clean.

there is no parking problem, the pool is sufficient and clean , the prices of food and drink are affordable , the employees are interested, the houses are clean, the items are renovated , the only thing missing is that there are no mosquito nets, I hope the mosquitoes will be stuck!!!

A great apartment in the mountains. Quiet, very beautiful. The pool is shared. There were few people. Very often we bathed together. It's not far from the city. If you have a car, it's a very good place. The host is always available. Check-in and check-out without the host - the key is in a special box, with a PIN code. I recommend it if you want a quiet and peaceful vacation. The description and photos correspond to reality.
