We had an amazing stay this past weekend. My friends and I booked for my bachelorette party. Even with 13 girls we had plenty of space here. Adam was extremely responsive in answering my messages and even calls. The onsite golf cart rentals were extremely convenient and recommended to us by Adam! The pool was nice and very warm. The location was about a 4 min drive from the Miller Ferry, close to the winery, and a 6-8 min golf cart ride to all of the bars, restaurants, and Jet Express. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back next year on a couples trip!

Sherry is a great host, she is very quick to respond to any questions we had. The townhouse is in a great location, very convenient to all that Ann Arbor offers. We will be coming back.

Wonderful space! Very quiet, and super clean. A birthday week to cycle, drink espresso, and eat fish tacos.......it was perfect. The pool was lovely and the location is outstanding. Any questions or issues were addressed immediately. I would definitely book again!

I booked a night at Sita’s for my mother and step father while we were in town for a wedding. My mum said that Sita was a warm and friendly host. She was very accommodating and the stay was hassle free. The place was cozy and my mum also described it as “casual comfort”.

This place is clean and decorated nicely. The floors are squeaky which takes some getting used to. The host was very accommodating and allowed me to check in early. Overall I would book again.

Slight problem with check in but they were very accommodating and completely made up for problem, very nice neighbourhood, very nice space would definitely book again!

The place was easily accessible to the US border. It was very clean and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. It was spacious and exactly as pictured. One of the nicest Airbnb’s that I’ve stayed in. Will definitely return.

Amazing house

Heidi’s apartment is lovely. Just as it appears in her pictures. She is a very attentive host and tries hard to meet special requests.

My wife and I along with our 11 months old stayed at Nitesh’s place for a week. Nitesh is proactive and cared to maintain the communication throughout our stay. It was a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this place.

Lovely townhouse. It has lots of windows and it's in a safe neighborhood. The only drawback is it seems like the AC doesn't work well on the top floor. The hosts were responsive and seemed warm and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Host was extremely responsive and always answered within minutes of the messages sent. The home was extremely clean, and had every in the listing. I would absolutely recommend this property to friends or stay here again with my family.

We loved sitting out on the deck watching the eagles fish. The binoculars were an unexpected amenity that really was lovely, very much appreciated. The kitchen had every kitchen gadget a person could want. I loved the small appliance closet! The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms well stocked. Being able to watch family videos on the TV was an amazing gift. Curtis was clear about check in and check out instructions. We were astonished how quickly he responded to our questions. He was always available with a quick clarification or answer. We really enjoyed the property and were happy both bedrooms were ensuite.

I booked a hotel highly rated on multiple sites. When we checked in, it was disgusting. Everything was booked, so I turned to Airbnb and found Andra's place. It was what we needed and available. Andra was quick to reply, but the unit was actually NOT available. She said it would be ready the next day. Andra messaged the next morning letting me know it was ready, but expecting a 4pm check in, we had driven to my parents place the night before (an hour+ away). I also had to work, so we ended up not being able to check in until late in the day. When we got to the unit, it was great. The place was as-pictured and everything was clean. Many times I see highly rated places that are clean but have a "lived in" smell and the dishes are aligned just so, yet have finger/ lip prints on them. None of that here. I loved the room with a desk and large monitor for guest use. Made work so easy. Andra also accommodated late check out, which I also appreciated very much! Thank you, Andra!

I had friends come out of town and we were all in agreement that this one of the best Airbnb's we have stayed at. The host provided us with every amenity possible but whats really impressive is that this house had absolutely every little amenity. So many convenient tools and gadgets in the house and they were all quality products. The beds were so comfy. The kitchen had everything possible!! We would come back here without a doubt. This is a wonderful house where my family and I had a warm and relaxing long weekend. The place was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable — a perfect home away from home. The host was friendly and responsive, making the whole stay smooth and enjoyable. If we travel to this area again, we would definitely choose this place again!

We loved this place! Perfect and walkable to Downtown Royal Oak. We were attending a concert at the theatre and had a really great day in the area beforehand. The space was comfy, homey, and had everything we could’ve needed. Would definitely return!

The location is the best. It is directly across the street from Little Ceasars arena. We never had to use an Uber, walked to Comerica, Greentown, bars, and restaurants. You have your own garage, just park and walk to any event, Fillmore, Fox, Comerica. Clean and no clutter. The bath towels were very nice! Angie, the host, was very responsive and accommodating.

Great home in a good location. Located very close to downtown and with the additional benefit of being in a quiet neighborhood. Host was very helpful with great communication. Highly recommended.
