Everything is done on foot (bakery, market on Monday, butcher, pizzeria, bar restaurant, etc.). With the view of the Rhône, the Viarhona nearby, the surrounding mountains, on vacation or passing through, the apartment will be perfect for you. The sofa bed has been replaced by a brand new, very comfortable one!

In our cozy little village, 20-30 minutes from Annecy, Geneva or Bellegarde/Valserine, come and enjoy the countryside. Close to shops and public transport (LIHSA line 22). On approximately 50 m2 and 2 levels, the house includes: Ground floor: living room/kitchen with direct access to the terrace, shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs: two bedrooms (double beds 140) and toilet. <!>Pets accepted, avoiding leaving them alone if possible (in an unknown place). Ski resorts 50 minutes max.

This accommodation has a resolutely unique style. It is a charming stone house. It is composed of a kitchen, a dining room bathed in light. A staircase leads to a 1st mezzanine serving a toilet, bathroom and a sleeping area with a 160 bed. Another staircase takes you to the living room equipped with a sofa bed (high-end) and TV. A final staircase guides you to a cute attic bedroom composed of 2 single beds for 2 children (the beds can be brought together to make a queen size)

Quiet and natural, change of scenery guaranteed! Les Acacias, gite*** is 8 minutes from Rumilly, 35 minutes from Annecy and Bourget lakes and 45 minutes from Semnoz and Margeriaz ski resorts. The house is on the side of a mountain, in a green setting and close to hiking trails. The 40 m2 apartment, recently renovated with eco-friendly materials, is very nice and tastefully decorated. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). The listing is located in the annex of our house but it remains completely independent.
