This was such a great place to stay. A stylish, well equipped & well loved home in a really special location. Highly recommended. The only downside for us was the full moon that spoiled the star gazing!

My wife and I really enjoyed our getaway to Joshua Tree, and staying at Mia's place was a huge reason why. The house is styled very nicely and has many noteworthy amenities. In particular, we enjoyed sitting in the pool chairs, half submerged, while soaking up the sun. The giant TV in the game room, with reclining chairs, is a great way to watch a movie. The house is very close to the park, and because it sits up on a hill, there are breathtaking sunset views to enjoy every single evening. Finally, Mia is the perfect host. Every message I sent her was responded to within ten minutes. We definitely will look to book Mia's place for a future trip!

My girlfriend and I have stayed here twice together. It's a great place to go to escape the city and reconnect with nature. There's 12 acres, so you have plenty of space, with things like a private trail, a hot tub, and a fire pit. Inside, there's a fireplace, record player, an extensive record collection, and everything you might want or need in the kitchen. Adam was great and very accommodating. We will be back!

We had the best time staying here! Claire was the best host and SO responsive ! House was clean , loved the decor, comfortable, and had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend and would love to come back !

What an amazing place! It was our distinct pleasure to spend an entire week at this utterly serene home, and it felt more like a retreat than a vacation. We honestly did not want to leave the property; we could have happily stayed the entire 7 days there, just enjoying the peace and quiet and absolutely stunning views. The house itself is charming and comfortable - the beds were probably the highest quality I’ve ever experienced in a rental. Plus the kitchen is very well-equipped and there’s a huge outdoor grill for when you want to stay put for dinner. It’s a sprawling property with so much to explore, including some great hilltops to experience sunrise, sunset, and stargazing. We just found the whole place to be magical. The hosts are great, providing a top-notch guidebook not only for the house but also the entire surrounding area including hiking and day trip ideas. Check-in and check-out couldn’t have been simpler, and communication was always prompt. Thank you, team Cholla!

Bob is such a great host! Very responsive and available when we had a question about the hot tub. The house is beautiful and spacious. We would definitely recommend to book this place as a little get away. My kids enjoyed the pool and stayed there almost all day. The game room was another plus. We brought our puppy with us on his first trip and I would say it is pet friendly. We were a little concerned on our first night there since on one side is not fully gated and it gets pretty dark outside. Thankfully the area is very calm, at least when we stayed there. Just keep an eye on your fur baby if you bring one along to make sure they do not exit the backyard through that opening. We also enjoyed cooking in the kitchen such a beautiful home. Thank you Bob! We will definitely be booking again in the future.

Excellent stay, very proactive and responsive hosts. Just far enough out of town to feel private, but close enough to palm springs to "go out". The cabin itself was SUPER neat.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was beautifully and authentically decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed. The pool offered an amazing view, and the whirlpool was clean and perfect for relaxing. The host was incredibly kind and always available – communication was quick and easy. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to come back

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights, and it was absolutely peaceful. Just what we needed to unwind from our busy jobs. Our goal was to do nothing, and this place was perfect for that. Private location (we didn’t even need bedroom curtains!) and a great layout. We paid extra for the jacuzzi, and it was totally worth it since the water stays cold even during the day. note: only the jacuzzi is heated, not the pool, as stated. Areas for improvement: both rain shower heads had mineral buildup, making post-pool rinsing a bit tricky. We’d read reviews about this and hoped it would be resolved, but it wasn’t. Lots of dog hairs were on the carpets - I am allergic to most of the dog hairs - and was sneezing a lot. Still, we had a wonderful time and would love to come back. Next time maybe with one more couple :)

The house was perfect. It's very clean and spacious. My husband and I slept in the back room nearest the backyard - super comfy mattress and pillows. It felt as if extra effort was put in to ensure comfortability. Doan was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Hannah was a great host that did absolute best to accommodate us and make sure we feel welcomed at the house. She was quick in responding and resolving minor issues immediately. Definetly worth the price, especially we were looking for private short getaway on the budget. I am positive that we will rent the place again. thank you Hannah for hosting us ❤️

Robert is a fantastic host! He met us when we arrived later in the day to give us a tour of the property. The cabin was spotless and free of spiders / bugs. The sauna and hot tub are kept super clean and very well taken care of by the host. Would come back again!

This house was incredible. It is as beautiful in person as in the pictures. The pool was pristine and perfect to swim in e dry evening as the day cooled down. We appreciated all of the recommendations for local shops and restaurants. The hosts were responsive to all of our questions within minutes. If you’re planning a trip to Joshua Tree and want to stay nearby, book this place. You will not be disappointed!

Wow! This house was everything we could have asked for. I took a trip here with my team, and from the start, Kevin was extremely responsive and kind. He made the check-in process super easy, and the house was squeaky clean when we arrived. He even had pool towels prepared for us. The house truly had everything we needed. The living space was spacious, the kitchen was beautiful, and the beds were extremely comfortable. I felt right at home. The backyard exceeded our expectations. The pool was large, and the lounge chairs let you relax while still feeling the water. The spa was amazing and felt incredible after a swim. We also had a blast in the game room in the garage. The host was very responsive and accommodated us with everything we needed. I couldn’t be happier with how it all went. I unequivocally recommend this place to anyone thinking of staying here. You won’t regret it, we definitely didn’t!

My husband and I go up to Joshua Tree quite often, as he loves to shoot astrophotography. We have staid at many rentals, but we particularly loved Ryan's home. I was all the things- beautiful, very nice/high end furnishings/finishes including the dishes, towels, beds, etc.. The house was very clean, quiet, cozy, and the outside area was also really well done. I often complain to my husband that the yard and pool areas are not finished at some of these rentals but Ryan took the time to really make his home a truly spectacular get away! I even asked him where he bought some of the wood furnishings, becuase I just love the feeling of bringing the outside in. The space felt as if someone was giving you a BIG super comforting hug! Now for Ryan himself, he’s the most responsive, thoughtful and kind person, often your dealing with a rental company and they are simply worker bee’s, but Ryan makes you feel like you have been staying at a friends Airbnb he's really great! TY Ryan!!

Mark and Dawna’s place was absolutely stunning. It’s a very privatized property with a perfect view of the city in between two mountains that is perfect from the hot tub. Everything about the house just screams relaxation, from the miniature putting green to the wide open-spaced living room. My favorite thing about the house was the giant class doors, making it feel like a cozy modern palace. Mark and Dawna responded with impressive speed as soon as any obstacle came up and was very cooperative with us. 10/10 recommend if you want a nice weekend for a staycation.

The house is exactly like the pictures! Beautiful space, quiet neighborhood, nice amenities and close to everything we wanted to do in Palm Springs! The host was welcoming and quick to respond to our questions. After a long day of hiking, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub! I'll mention the airport proximity because we weren't expecting to be that close. There was some air traffic noise, but it was a non-issue for us. Overall, great place to stay! If we visit Palm Springs again, would definitely stay here again!
