Northumbrian Lodge Views & Hottub

Lovely chalet, with beautiful views. Great enclosed grassed area for dogs with separate decking/ hot tub area to enjoy the views. Next to a farmer field so you get morning and evening visits from the local cows(June) The chalet is situated about a 5 minute walk away from the local pub/restaurant and about 10 minutes away from Derwent Reservoir. Definitely recommend for a relaxing break.

Lovely hosts who kindly arranged an early check in at very short notice. The house is really spacious, with great quality appliances and comfy beds. Very good value for money.

Idyllic Cottage Area Outstanding natural Beauty

Thomas And SheryalRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Stayed for 3 nights, so quiet and peaceful. Lots of birds to see and hear. One disappointment was that the local pub and cafe, a quick walk, were only open Thursday to Sunday and we were there from mon to Thursday. However, 2 miles down road is another pub and cafe, although for us, not walkable so we drove. It’s a bit small and dark downstairs but very doable and the upstairs bedroom is large and very bright, bathroom is a good size. We would definitely stay again. We also enjoyed the wood burner in living room.

Modern and Contemporary Mossø Cabin

SarahRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We stayed here for 2 nights after our mini wedding. The location was perfect and the layout of the cabins meant you had privacy all around you. The cabin was very modern and immaculate and we felt very relaxed during our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook while we were there and the whole experience was just lovely. Hosts were excellent and very responsive to any questions we had. We were sad to leave, we definitely recommend and hopefully get back some time.
