Holiday rentals with beach access in Derby

This apartment is perfect for 2 or 3 people. You can walk right into downtown Knowlton to enjoy the shops and restaurants and other small towns are just a sort drive away. I do wish there was better lighting by the tv, and that the shower had a non slip mat in it. Apart from those small things, it is the perfect oasis in this town.

Great stay! The accommodation was clean, comfortable and ideally located for our activity in the area. I recommend this place without hesitating!

Really enjoyed our 3 nights at Séjour. So convenient to everything in Knowlton. I thought that the bathroom and kitchen were well done. Best shower in a 10 day trip. Glad of the extra little bed since I have my hand in a splint at the moment. Needed extra room. Lovely. Also appreciated the little front deck. So nice for having a drink of wine at the end of a busy day of sightseeing. The Eastern Townships are absolutely beautiful and I’m so glad we ventured out of the big cities for 3 days.

The location is the most pleasant thing about this condo. Close to everything; walking trails, city center with beautiful shops and restaurants, beach just opposite. You can do anything on foot.

I very much like this place It is very comfy and very well equipped with lots of nice touches. Wish I would have stayed longer to better tale advantage of it so will be back. It is a very private location and the scenery around is very nice. Great location if you want access to lots of outdoor activities. I highly recommend it.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the beginning, the host was extremely responsive and always available to answer our questions, which immediately put us at ease. We really appreciated his attention to detail and the care taken to make everything perfect. The place was even better than we had imagined, clean, comfortable and very well equipped. We felt right at home! Again for this great experience, we'll be happy to come back.

The host gave us very clear instructions on how the check-in and check-out worked. Small but perfect accommodation for 2 people. Access to amenities such as swimming pool sauna, we did not have time to enjoy it. Accommodation near the center of Magog is very good on foot.

We were looking for a place to stay for several nights over the Christmas holiday for a large family gathering, and Michele and John's place came highly recommended by our local family members who are residents of Greensboro, VT. This Greensboro Farmhouse is not only perfectly located to experience the iconic Willey's Store and Miller's Thumb within walking distance, but also private enough to have a quiet serene getaway in a beautifully restored, cozy rental. We arrived to a cleanly plowed driveway (after snowfall the day prior), warm temps inside as we unloaded our belongings, and I was thrilled to discover a well-appointed kitchen with most of the pots, pans and cooking tools so I could finish my Christmas baking for our family gathering. Our hosts prepared us that we might not have reliable cell phone coverage, and there is a landline phone to use. There is WiFi in the unit which we used for our daily email, texting and streaming needs. Wonderful hosts and house! Thank you!

The White Owl Cottage is a wonderful and spacious location on a quiet road. It’s impossible to critique a lake front home with kayaks and canoes; space for s’mores; an expansive interior and a modern home. Hotel level water pressure. TV’s for rain. Toys for kids. We generally have a “one time only” rule to make sure we visit different places, and we may break it to visit the White Owl Cottage again - it’s that amazing.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The house and views were so beautiful! Home was very clean and pretty much had every thing you need. She had toys and chairs for the beach for the kids which was awesome! Mary Anne was very accommodating when we told her that we had family coming through Vermont and let them stay with us for night! So great and grateful! Location is very peaceful and very well kept and would definitely come back and stay here! Thank you again for everything!

This place is worth your stay, it was beautiful smelt fresh as the cleaner did amazing, I felt like I was at home the nice quite outdoors for my family to relax and see the view of lake Eden! Thank you for letting my family enjoy our stay, we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Margaret's place. It was a short trip to the NEK to visit family and was a perfect location for a weekend get away! It has all the luxuries of home. We enjoyed having our own space and was close enough to family (5 minutes) so that we could spend our time visiting instead of traveling. It certainly was a winter wonderland at this time of year up there!!! The driveway was a bit slippery and steep, but all and all it was a great stay! We definitely would love to return in the future. so nice to have so many bathrooms and separation of the sleeping quarters so that each family /group can have their own privacy.

James and Nella were great with communication and were quickly responsive for any questions needed. The place was great and a perfect farmhouse feel.

We had such a lovely stay! The space was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. Super easy to access and in a perfect location right next to the spa. Check-in and check-out were simple, and the host only asked for minimal cleanup, which we really appreciated. Would absolutely stay again!

Very nice stay at Vanessa's. Everything was clean and functional. We liked to have an aperitif on the terrace overlooking the marina and watch the sunset in the swings by the lake. A relaxing stay in a very beautiful environment. Access to the city and grocery store on foot. We'll be back.

We’ve stayed at several condos in the same area. This was definitely our favorite. It was both pristine and cozy. We definitely hope to stay here again.

This apartment is great for families. Plenty of space with the bedrooms a decent size and a great living, dining and kitchen are downstairs. Everything was provided from cot, to baby chairs, towels etc and the place was super clean. The only two things that weren't great is the stairs attracted our 11 month old who can't walk yet who was very eager to try climbing and the windows in the bedrooms which were very bright at the kids bed times. But they are only extremely minor comments and very particular to our family ages. Overall an excellent experience, I would definitely recommend this stay to families and it will be even better during summer months when the pool is open - I was impressed when I saw they also have pool towels and a cart with toys for the beach stored. The town with all restaurants is a short stroll away as is the playground so it's ideally situated. We also drove to a lot of the eastern townships and it's very close to the highway so easy access.

They condo was one of the best 3 we have ever stayed in. We loved and appreciated all the little touches. We were extremely grateful for the wine, chocolates, cookies...it was nice to discover this after our drive. The condo was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and it truly is a home away from home. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and didn't want to leave yet! It's a nice 1/2 mile walk to the lake and ice cream:). Restaurants, grocery store and other retail is about a 1 mile walk. We absolutely loved the location. We hope to be back again.

My husband and I had the best honeymoon at Mélanie's loft. A stay here sets up the perfect recipe for a romantic getaway to remember with the gorgeous setting, walkable restaurants right across the road, great golf courses nearby and a great selection of spas nearby for a couple's massage. The loft was cozy, very well equipped and comfortable. Mélanie's foresight and special touch made it very easy to settle in and feel right at home. We are hoping to come back again and enjoy different seasons at this lovely spot.
