My place is close to Barnbougle Dunes Links Golf Course, Lost Farm Golf Course, North East Rail Trail, Bridestowe Lavender Farm, Piper's Brook Wineries, Bushwalking, town centre Scottsdale, Bridport beaches. You’ll love my place because of spacious and well equipped accommodation, relaxed "home away from home" comfortable ambiance, lovely cottage garden, good value for money, heating, air conditioning, wood fire, full laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer, large lock up garage excellent for mountain bikes, child and pet friendly accommodation. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Dialled in Derby is a bright, spacious and comfortable base for riders and adventurers in Derby. With four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, free wifi, three living spaces and nine comfortable beds in 4 large bedrooms there is plenty of room for a large group or three families. The single beds are king singles. We have no bunks. An outside entertaining area and a bike shed complete the package "such comfy beds and the water pressure was amazing!" Very comfortable new 3 bedroom dwelling on acreage, centrally located and overlooking the Ringarooma River and campgrounds It's north easterly aspect and large L shaped veranda provide sun all day long. "Blazeaway" is the dwelling closest to the street on the site. It's kitchen melds seamlessly into the dining and living area, and with cathedral ceilings throughout it feels amazingly spacious. Welcome to Millies, a charming, cosy miner’s cottage in the historic town of Derby. In 1874 George Renison Bell discovered tin and miners flocked to the valley. In 1876 the ‘Brothers Mine’ which was named after the Krushka brothers, was opened. The settlement that grew up around the mine became known as ‘Brothers Home’ and that name persisted until in 1887 it was decided to change the name to Derby. Roxannes at Derby - Set on 3 acres.

Known to the locals as the bottle house, the original old cottage has plenty of character with bottles cemented into the wall around the fire place and a wagon wheel set into a stone wall. A recently completed extension has added 2 Large Bedrooms with views of the lavish hills, the property faces north catching the sun. Set on 3 acres gives it a real country living feeling while only 7 mins walk to the Dorset Hotel and 5 min ride to the Trail Head.

Our newly-renovated cottage is located half way between Derby and Weldborough, about a ten minute drive to both destinations. The property is peaceful and quiet , surrounded by hilly pastures and direct access to a fully fenced native forest with a few MTB trails for a short ride (Kersbrook Stash) and other areas for walks. It is great for couples, MTB riders and specially families because Minishredders Babysitting Service is just next door.
