It's right at the bottom of Return to Sender trail and approx 20 pedal strokes to the main entrance to the fantastic world class trail system. There is a lock up shed with work station and wash bay. Outdoor bath and shower with fire pit. Sound proofing walls, perfect for your friend that snores :) Everything you need for a fun time! Host went above and beyond due to a personal issue that I experienced during the stay. absolutely first rate location and facilities. have already booked a future trip to the next door two bedroom location. 5 stars.

Had really pleasant stay in Derby; Julia was kind enough to give us a late checkout. There was plenty of wood for the fires and the house is very close to the town centre. The house is modern, clean, spacious and nicely situated by the river.

Central location on the main road of Derby. House was very comfortable with a very well stocked kitchen (by Airbnb standards). Fireplace was excellent for the cool nights and the multiple outdoor areas were all well used. The bike lockup and workshop is very in point for Derby and allowed us to store our rental bikes securely.
