Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Denton

An excellent place for my wife, dog, and myself to stay at while in town for the brith of our grandson. Jenni was the perfect host. She even contracted us warning us of a bad storm coming and to contact her if we loose power. She truely went above and beyond our expectations. The location was close to resturants, supermarkets, and the main highway. I will definaly stay here again when we visit our grandson. Also the backyard is perfect for our dog. Just a great place all around.

I stayed in this lovely home for 3 nights with my family of 9 and I wish we could of stayed longer. The house was perfect and clean. It had everything we needed for the stay. All we had to buy was food. They had a perfect coffee bar set up, clean dishes, towels,and linens.I loved how there were so many bathrooms and all kept so clean and water pressure was amazing in all the bathrooms' including the amazing showers in BOTH master bathrooms. The gameroon was so fun for the kids and the adults! the lake was so close and easy access to go canoeing,so fun! there was just enough woods and wildlife to be completely content, we got to see fish splashing in the lake and even saw a family of rabbits just standing in the backyard. it was so beautiful 😍 Hannah was always just a text away if I needed her, I never did, but she was easy to communicate with when she welcomed us,checked in and prepared us for check out. This is definitely a home you want to stay at! 10STARS!! Absolutely Perfect💯

This place was perfect for my family! There was plenty of space, we didnt feel crowded at all. We loved the master bedroom/restroom! My kids loved the big back yard and patio area. I definitely recommend staying here.

This was a great location for us getting to and from the UNT campus. Being close to so many restaurants and stores was also a great plus. We were there for two weeks and it really felt like a home away from home.

My family stayed here for one night for a wedding and it was great! It was very comfortable and clean. Leila has lots of information inside the home so it was easy to navigate lights/kitchen/etc. Leila was very responsive and communicative prior and during our stay. We would 100% stay here again if in the area!

Absolutely perfect location for me and my family to stay while celebrating my husband’s 30th birthday! It’s centrally located to lots of places, but not on a Main Street where it feels chaotic! Felt like our home after getting to know the neighbors and others in the community. Bathrooms are STUNNING, everything is labeled well and everything you might need is at your finger tips! The beds are SO comfortable and the Bluetooth in the home is a fancy added touch! We loved our stay and if we are back in the area would absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! The view is amazing and the studio unit had everything you could want. The bathroom was huge and had a jetted soaker tub. While we visited during a thunderstorm, I will definitely be back to use the kayaks!! Super friendly hosts would definitely recommend.

This was a fantastic choice for us. We were in town for the races at Texas Motor Speedway. My only “complaint” was I didn’t get to see an airplane land or take-off from the private airstrip. 🤪🤪 I will say that the stairs into the apartment are incredibly steep. Don’t plan to take a lot of luggage up and down the stairs. Definitely will stay again if available.

It was an overall great stay. It's in a peaceful neighborhood. The home was clean, and was exactly what my wife and I needed for this trip. The bed was a bit on the short side, I'm 6ft and out was up to my knee, but it was a comfortable mattress. No major issues during our stay, we did have some problems with the wifi losing connection during our stay but the host was quick to follow up with us and in attempting to get the issues resolved.

I can’t say enough about this place and the owners. It was so clean and well stocked. I really appreciated that there was coffee, sugar and creamers for the morning so I didn’t have to immediately find a store the night I checked in. Carla and Chris responded very quickly to my messages and were eager to make my stay comfortable. Checking out was a breeze, they didn’t require a whole list of things to do like most rentals which was very considerate. I stayed here because I helped my daughter move from NY to Carrollton and I would definitely rebook for any future solo trips. Thanks!

I was surprised by how great this space was. I thought it might be cramped but it was perfect for me and my friend, and all of our stuff. I always do a test and take a couple of cleaning supplies but everything came back super clean. Toby was also very responsive and friendly. We had an issue with the mini fridge and he came to check it out ASAP! The neighborhood was super quiet and felt safe to be in as well. I honestly loved this spot and look forward to returning in the future!

I’ve been staying in Airbnbs all month, and this was hands down the best one. Beautifully decorated, super clean, really quiet, and Ajen was so nice and quick to respond. I was seriously impressed with how clean (or maybe brand new?) the dishes and utensils were. Most places I didn’t even want to cook in the kitchen, but here I made meals both nights with no worries. The ocean view was a huge plus too—wish I could’ve stayed longer. Thanks so much for having me!

Brooke's place was the perfect place to stay for 10 days while I was visiting North Dallas. It looked just like the pictures and was exactly as described. Brooke provided clear and easy instructions on how to access the home, and she was communicative and easy to reach. Everything was well stocked, and I didn't need to buy anything for the home during my stay. The complex is private and peaceful. It was a great place to stay, and Brooke is an excellent host. I plan to stay again the next time I'm in town.

Ultra convenient arriving from Love Field. High volume space with full kitchen setup and dedicated parking.

This was our first time in Ft. Worth and we were there for ZestFest over the Memorial Day weekend at the Will Rogers Memorial Center. The location of the house was less than a half mile from the fest and was very walkable. Having a private driveway for parking our rental car was great. We felt very safe at her place. It was a very comfortable and quiet place to stay and in a great location to get to anywhere around the Ft. Worth area. We want to stay here again when we go to ZestFest in the future..

This was our second time at David's place. Given the opportunity, we would return again.

Christina’s place was so comfortable and welcoming! Everywhere we needed to be was within a short drive. The neighborhood was quiet and clean! Christina was a wonderful host and we plan on staying here again should we need a place to stay in Dallas that is clean and affordable!

This place was just as described and pictured. The hosts provided a generous supply of towels, paper products and even detergent for the full-size washer and dryer! Although it’s an older complex and close to commercial shopping plazas and noise, it was relatively quiet at night, comfortable, and nicely furnished with 2 larger televisions.
