Great place to stay with a short walk or drive to nearby beaches. We didn’t spend a whole lot of time at the place since we wanted to get out on the water and explore.

This BNB was cute, clean and walking distance to a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, store and mainly the beach. The host quickly responded to some questions we had. He even called to answer a question that we had. We loved this place. Nice TV's in all rooms. Clean bathrooms and kitchen. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

My wife and I had a great stay! Great space for two, but the location and property and the highlights. The minute long walk to the beach (or the Adirondack chairs overlooking the beach!) made everything relaxing and easy, and it’s centrally located enough that we could quickly and easily took day trips to other towns or long walks to dinner places and never felt like we were too far or too out of the way.

Cozy cottage in a great location. You can't beat having the beach a few minutes walk down the road.

Wonderful stay !! Nick’s place was absolutely perfect for us. It was immaculate with very comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, beach chairs and towels too. It really had everything we needed! Nick was very responsive and accommodating, would not hesitate to stay here again !!

The Condo was clean & comfortable. Having two bedrooms with queen beds was perfect for us, and sharing the 1 bathroom worked fine. The price was better than most other options. It was peaceful, and very quiet during our stay (in early May). Having the pool available would be very nice in summer months.

This was an amazing spot. We had a small group come over and we all enjoyed the stay. Is near a beautiful view of the beach. U have breakfast, lunch and dinner with a bar downstairs which is super convenient for a small group traveling here. Beautiful interior , super spacious. Enough parking space for a group. I recommend it to everyone! Thank you for the nice stay!

This rental is absolutely stunning! We had such a wonderful time!! Coffee shop right under us was a special treat! Walking distance to everything - little walking path to get you to the beach and get very clean! Large space, clean, and comfortable! One heads up- clean sheets and towels are in laundry bags when you get there make your own bed and put out towels!

Great location - walkable to downtown Falmouth, many nice trails, and the farmer's market. Long walk or short drive to Woods Hole (for Pie In The Sky and WHOI). Also very close to Windfall Market for some quick and easy food. Great host - Brian was very responsive and clear with instructions. There was a kitchen item missing, and Brian brought a new replacement in a day. The space is slightly cramped - the kitchen and couch and dining table are all in 1 room, so there isn't a much space to hang out as a group.

Perfect location right near the beach, cosy place to stay with everything we needed to be comfortable. Loved it!

Barbara’s condo was roomy and comfortable. We fell in love with the screened in porch. Lovely room for a cup of coffee in the mornings and a glass of wine in the late afternoon. We took a short ride through the woods to the town beach which led us to beautiful views of Tashmoo. We had a great time!

The place was just as the pictures showed and is in a great location. Easy in and out to the highway yet quiet in the evenings. The backyard is very roomy and a nice feature at the end of the night. I'd recommend David's place.

Perfect little studio for two people! Great location - close to beaches and restaurants and there’s even a pool! Michael was super responsive and the place was exactly like the pictures!

The unit was secure and in a nice area. Close to shopping, sightseeing, and beaches. The unit was bright and cheery and clean. Keith is a good host.

The location is fabulous and very close to many amenities - coffee, groceries, restaurants and the beach. While it was a small space, it was well laid out, comfortable to be in, very clean and had a respectable kitchen for its small size (which I used). Devon was very proactive and friendly when I asked him about the microwave not working - I had missed that it wasn't plugged in! The condo was very quiet at night even though it is close to a road. I will definitely return to Devon's place should I need to travel there and it is available.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great condition, really clean, easy parking, and great location right at the Ocean Edge resort. Rob was an excellent host, super communicative and responsive. Would stay again!

My wife and I wanted a little end of summer get away and we couldn’t have been happier choosing Alexa’s condo at Ocean Edge! The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, and everything we could have wanted for our short vacation. Alexa was always very responsive and friendly, we’ll certainly be keeping her in mind for our next cape vacation! Highly recommend for small families and couples!
