Our second time at Sebastian’s wonderful Airbnb. This location is perfect as it’s quiet and yet very near the busier sections of town. Sebastian is a terrific host and everything is as described. He is very friendly and makes sure all is well:-) You will not find a better property !

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is in a prime location – in the immediate vicinity of the beach, the center and the dunes. Plus a small terrace and parking right outside the door. W-LAN ran stably and flawlessly. Everything was very clean, modern and well equipped - you can tell that it was furnished with a lot of attention to detail. We would like to particularly highlight the landlord: extremely courteous, warm and helpful. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back! Thanks for that:)

We had a great stay! The apartment is located in a quiet and natural environment, is tastefully decorated and equipped with every comfort. Everything was sparkling clean and well cared for. The location is ideal: you can be in Harlingen and Franeker in no time. Ympkje is an incredibly friendly and attentive host, who is always ready. We felt immediately welcome. An absolute must! --- Let me know if you want to change anything in terms of tone or length.

Fantastic apartment, really clean and comfortable in a great neighbourhood: peaceful but walking distance to everything you could need. Loes and Fokke are wonderful hosts, warm and helpful- we had a brilliant few days exploring the city from the perfect base.

I had a super nice stay in Eva's apartment! A beautiful, spacious house that is equipped with all comforts. I thought the cheerful Blond tableware was a nice detail! In addition, the location is ideal: the station and the center are close by and the house offers the perfect base for a nice walk along the canals. Moreover, Eva was easily accessible and responded very quickly to messages. I can recommend this apartment to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay at Bert and Marieke's spacious apartment. We were welcomed by Bert who helped us with our luggage up the stairs and showed us into their well appointed 2 bedroom apartment. It had everything we could need. The apartment was beautiful. We would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Bert and Marieke.

We spent very nice days in this beautiful house. The terrace directly on a small canal with a view over the meadows offered pure relaxation. The area is ideal for cycling along the canals and blooming tulip fields. Trudi was a very nice and attentive host. Thank you! Maria and Heiko

It was a wonderfully quiet stay in a very nice location.

The apartment is great, but the absolute highlight is the terrace on 3 sides of the house, right on the water. The large glass fronts in the living room provide a view of the water, which makes the apartment special even in cool temperatures. The only downside is that you'd rather not go on an excursion, but just stay in the apartment.

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in! It was spotlessly clean (not a speck of dust anywhere!), everything had been thought of (including a welcome bottle of bubbles!), it was spacious, and very convenient for public transport....oh, and stylishly decorated! Being close to the train station meant that we could easily get into central Amsterdam, as well as go on day trips to Rotterdam and Zaanse Schans during our stay. Our favourite day was renting bikes in Zaanse Schans for the day and enjoying cycling through the countryside. Very happily recommend this place to others looking for a base near Amsterdam.

Very nice location, very close to the center. It is important to mention that there is no parking space for the car. 500 meters away is a free parking space. We didn't think this was a problem. First drop off the luggage and then take the car to the parking lot, went well (one-way traffic). The cottage is modern and cozy and equipped with every comfort! Train station and bus stop are nearby to explore the wider area by public transport. In the garden, there is a shed where you can store your own/rented bicycles. It is a quiet environment and yet close to the city center! Wonderful place and definitely recommended.

We enjoyed 6 days of the May holidays in Micaela's home. Everything as described, super neat and clean, with space to tidy up our own stuff. Many activities at a short distance, and with the beautiful weather we were able to cycle a lot in the region. Micaela welcomed us very kindly upon arrival and explained everything, and always communicated very quickly in the whole process. Definitely recommended!

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb! The house was the same as in the photos – very clean, cozily furnished and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We particularly enjoyed the view of the water, which really made the stay special. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, communication went smoothly and we felt welcome from the beginning. Small extras such as a welcome greeting and local tips were also a nice surprise. We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend this house!

We had a great stay at Michelle’s. She is a very friendly host and answers questions quickly. The place is exactly as described and shown on the pictures. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful, and the commute to the city is easy.

Lovely apartment and quiet neighborhood!

We had the most wonderful stay. The Garage was perfect for what we needed. It was beautifully done, Sanny and Dennis had thought of everything. It had a lovely feeling to it, was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Check in was really easy. We used the bikes (thank you!) and the location was a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Alkmaar. We would not hesitate to return. Thank you for creating such a cool and beautiful space. My family of four stayed at Max’s place for four nights. The location is great, with just about an hour’s drive to many popular destinations in Holland. The view of the lake from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and we will recommend it to our friends and family if they visit Holland in the future.

Location is perfect, place is nice and roomy, steps and hallway are a bit narrow but was totally fine for us. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Cute cafe nearby for breakfast. Host was great as well. Lots of good recommendations!!

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

We had a great time. On the weekend it was sometimes very loud, because in the parking lot opposite many tuners met. During the week it was super quiet and we would love to come back

We enjoyed staying at Fleur’s apartment. It is very close to a tram stop which made it easy to get around, and it was well situated between the main areas of the city, making it a good base to explore from. The apartment was nice - it had everything we needed for a couple days in the city. The only thing to note is that the stairs within the apartment (from living area to bedroom) are narrow and steep, but this seems quite typical of stairs in this area- the same was true of stairs in restaurants in the area. Overall we had a great stay and I would stay there again!

We really like the accommodation for its location in relation to the country's landmarks. The hosts always very friendly and super quick to respond to messages. Although the room is inside their house we never lacked privacy and we had everything we needed inside the room :)
