We were able to spend an unforgettable time in this beautiful villa! Upon arrival, we were greeted by the idyllic ambiance and the cozy atmosphere of the villa. Everything was lovingly prepared down to the smallest detail – clean, modern, stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The location is ideal - quiet yet close to the center of Balk. In a few minutes you can be on the beach, in the charming town or in the middle of nature. The surroundings invite you to walk, cycle and relax. Morning coffee on the sunny terrace, a glass of wine in the evening with a view of the countryside - simply fantastic. Whether with family, friends or as a couple, this villa is a place you'll always want to return to. Once again, a big thank you to the very warm hostess!

Our stay at Villa Duindoorn was perfect. It all started with the nicest welcome note and Robert’s kind offer to pick us up at the train station. From our very first impression, we loved everything about the house: the pictures and paintings everywhere, the handpicked designer furniture, the flowers, the books and the blooming garden. We immediately felt at home. The kitchen was very well-equipped: a fridge that makes ice cubes, an espresso machine, a big gas stove, sharp knives and all the basics we needed - including fresh eggs from the chickens in the garden! Once you enter the 1st floor, you find yourself in Pipi longstocking‘s Villa with the cosiest wallpaper, cloud-like beds, and loads of fresh towels! Robert and Karin showed us their property and invited us to use everything- from the swimming pool to the hammock and all the benches, seatings and little sun islands they have created. A wonderful family weekend away. Beautiful cottage, with all the comforts. Beautiful surroundings where there is plenty to do. Facilities like restaurants, shops, supermarket all within walking distance. Communication with Roland was perferct.

We have been coming to Sint Maartenszee for many, many years and this year again to Villapark Anzelhoef. This is beautiful, quietly located, clean and well maintained. The vacation home is perfectly equipped—exactly as described in the photos—cozy and without fuss. Everything is very clean and well cared for - there is nothing to criticize. For traveling with children, the washing machine and dryer are worth their weight in gold! The communication was friendly, respectful and purposeful at all times—great. The park is close to the dunes and we only use the bike during our entire holiday. It is only about 15 minutes to the beach, and there are plenty of shopping opportunities. In North Holland, everything is quickly accessible by car, and there is always something to do in any weather and for all ages. We can recommend this villa park without any restrictions.

The house of Annelieke and Geoffrey is very nicely decorated and the big windows with a view of a beautiful nature are very pleasant. Plants are everywhere, both inside and out which gives a very nice feeling. The garden ends at the water (with a fence so completely ok for small kids) and that was very soothing and beautiful. Furthermore, the house is very comfortably furnished and provided with everything you need. The contacts with Annelieke and Geoffrey went really smoothly, they are really friendly and wish the best for their guests. We stayed there 1 week with our three kids and wouldn't hesitate to go back as soon as we can :) Thanks again!

We had a great stay for an extended family weekend including dogs. It is especially great that the garden is fenced and the dogs can therefore run freely. The apartment is also very well equipped, so you can really stay there with 6 people (barbecue, garden furniture, plenty of dishes/glasses/cookware/air fryer, etc.). The extra fridge in the shed is also really great so you can cool the drinks. We will be happy to come back!

We had a nice time in this accommodation on Texel. The house offers plenty of space and is ideal for larger groups or families looking for relaxation. Arrival & location: The arrival was a bit difficult, as the house is hidden and Google Maps does not recognize the address. With the description and help of the hosts, however, we found it. Accommodation & amenities: The house is well maintained, modernly furnished and offers plenty of space. The rooms are nice, more storage space would be desirable. Hosts: Both hosts are very friendly and helpful. Sleeping comfort: The house is noisy, as it consists mainly of wood. Steps and doors are clearly audible, especially under the stairs. If you are a light sleeper or have children, you should take this into account. Overall, a recommended accommodation with friendly hosts and a beautiful atmosphere.

Joost is an impeccable host. His home was amazing to stay in. We spent many nights cooking in this beautiful home and enjoying our time. Everything in the listing is spot on. The house is perfect to stay in. Would highly recommend staying here!

It was a great weekend at the property. There was practically nothing that was not on site. From a great kitchen equipment, to many clean bathrooms to the boat in front of the house. We were able to enjoy the time carefree and never felt that something was missing. Glad to come back !

Very nice accommodation half an hour from Amsterdam. Outside a nice outdoor bar. We had a great time with 16 adults!!

We had a nice weekend with the whole family in the villa (8 adults & 5 children) The house is very nicely furnished and offers plenty of space to play and romp. The path to the beach leads through a beautiful forest. The communication between the host and us was flawless. If you had any questions, you would receive a response within a few minutes. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay, and enjoyed the privacy of the sunny terrace as well as cosy evenings in front of the chimney. Thanks a lot - we are looking forward to come back.

Really enjoyed this last minute booking after arranging our tickets to the historic Dutch GrandPrix 2021 Formula 1. The Host Vivian was a great communicator pre, during and post the event. She arranged a pass through ticket to the closed event area within Zandvoort, which was a unique ticket to have closer access to the event by car. The house has a lot of charm, especially the living room and the garden with its relaxing area that was very welcome after a day of 20 thousands steps in Zandvoort.

An absolute gem right on the canal – a dream come true for design lovers! This house is simply a little paradise in the middle of Haarlem! The location right on the canal is not only picturesque, but also wonderfully quiet – perfect for relaxing. The small garden is a green oasis, lovingly designed and ideal for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The interior is exceptional – modern, exclusive and with a lot of flair for style and atmosphere. Every detail is thoughtful, every piece of furniture seems to be chosen wisely. You can feel right away: here someone with heart and a fine sense of design has been set up. The beds are wonderfully comfortable!

Marjolein was a perfect hostess. Her home was spacious and clean and very comfortably slept my group of 8 for 9 days. She welcomed us to her home with a pot of home-made soup and was kind and hospitable. She went as far as helping us book a cab last minute and had wonderful recommendations for all kinds of things. The home is conveniently located by the train making trips to Amsterdam easy and affordable. My group and I would highly recommend her home to anyone looking to stay in the Netherlands.

Great, place to stay at with a large group. Super clean with a great kitchen. Beds are way more comfortable than expected. Overall a great place to stay!

Laurens is a very likeable host. He answered our questions quickly and very satisfactorily. We felt very comfortable in his house and enjoyed the evening sun on the terrace. We slept wonderfully in the comfortable beds. We had a lot of fun with the game "Jakkolo". The house is a good starting point for excursions to the nearby cities as well as wonderful bike tours through nature, in short - we will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as described, very lovingly furnished and very well equipped! The outdoor area in particular invites you to linger and offers the best conditions for beautiful summer evenings with an outdoor kitchen (grill) and many seating options. We also used the fire bowl! But the interior also offers plenty of space to stay here with a large group and is generously equipped with the open kitchen, two seating areas / sofas and a large table. In addition, the separation between the living area (below) and the bedrooms (above) offers the possibility of meeting different sleeping times (e.g. with children). Communication worked great and fast. Overall, the accommodation is absolutely recommended!!

Dear Esther, We really enjoyed our time with you and were able to feel comfortable right after arrival as if we were at home. This tranquility and idyll here is exactly what we were looking for. Three nights have gone by and we were still able to switch off wonderfully. It was our first trip to the Netherlands but it won't have been the last:) The house is clean, well located and leaves nothing to be desired.

We had a fantastic stay from check-in to check-out. The instructions were clear, and whenever we had any questions, the hosts were easy to reach and very helpful. The house was even bigger than we had imagined, which was a wonderful surprise. We had a fantastic weekend—thank you all for making it such an enjoyable experience, and the Jacuzzi and pool perfect temperature.
