The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful spots in Soest near the Eem river. It is suited for people who are looking for a quiet place to stay for a few days or weeks in the area around Soest. We have two rooms with a view of the garden on the ground floor of a former farmhouse, in a separate part of the main farmhouse. You can use a part of the garden outside the rooms where you can sit. Pets are not allowed. You may rent bicycles on the premises for 5 euros per day. Own entrance.

Around the corner you walk into the forest and also you can find within a walking distance the park, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Busses to Utrecht, Vianen, trainstaton Driebergen-zeist, Amersfoort, Wijk bij Duurstede and Wageningen are within 2 to 5 min walking distance. It's a 20 min bus ride to Utrecht center ('t Neude). Also close to the central highway (A12).

Garden house in quiet surroundings - with wonderful beds. It's called "Pura Vida" because we want to offer guests the good life. We offer a pleasant atmosphere, a DELICIOUS BREAKFAST on weekends, and space to unwind. There is a lot of nature at a short distance, and by train e.g. Utrecht and Amsterdam can be reached quickly. Hidden in the woods of Soestduinen, on the Estate de Paltz, lies the Paltzerhoeve. This is where The Barn is found. Staying in this original old barn, and now cozy vacation home, is an experience in itself! Here you can enjoy the wooded environment and the idyllic, quiet atmosphere on the Estate. The presence of the stables on the property, where the horses naturally live outdoors, adds to the rural atmosphere. There's a view of horses everywhere on premises!

We love to welcome you in our cozy detached studio in the east of Utrecht. The quiet neighborhood is just 12 min by bike to the historical citycentre (free bikes available). Your private "front house" has its own entrance and all conveniences. So you will have all privacy but if you need any help, we would love to help you out (we live nextdoor). Ps the new super (pricewinning Bruno bed) sofa bed has arrived and is installed!
