Nestled in our elm forest, the casita is a private and tranquil oasis. This home was naturally built with earth based materials. Enjoy the views of our beautiful pond right outside the back deck with your morning coffee and watch the trout jump. Although small, it is completely equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom, instant hot water, and laundry. Paonia is a short two minute drive, 5 minute bike ride, or 15 minute walk away. The Grand Mesa is beautiful! We are located at 10,200' in elevation. THERE WILL ALWAYS BE SNOW ON THE GROUND THROUGH MAY AND INTO JUNE. We have a total of 9 cabins for rent. We are across the street and a short walk to two lakes, beautiful scenery, hiking trails, XC skiing, atv-ing, snowmobiling, canoeing, mtn biking, and great fishing! We rent boats, stand up paddle boards & snowshoes. We also have snowmobile tours and rentals. There's something for everyone!
