The Round House

Welcome to the Round House! This one-of-a-kind, converted grain silo has everything you need to feel right at home. The bedroom is upstairs. Delta is a gateway to the Western Slope of Colorado. Grand Mesa, Black Canyon National Monument and innumerable outdoor destinations are within a short distance. Please let me know if you are traveling with a dog when you reserve. There is a $30 PER dog fee. No Cats Please. If your stay is longer than 14 days there will be an additional deep cleaning fee.

The space has everything you'll need, and nothing you won't. Your clean and comfortable stay is just a 3 minute bike ride from downtown Paonia or a short 10 minute walk. Pet friendly with a small (private) fenced in front yard area. Paonia is central to the abundant North Fork Valley and the tiny home is a perfect hub for exploration.

Carriage House on Organic Peach Farm

Located on the Scenic Fruit & Wine Byway the Carriage House is on our organic three-acre peach farm within easy biking distance to downtown Palisade, surrounding wineries & hiking trails. Enjoy downtown Palisade's farmers market, distillery, brewery & restaurants. We're moments from many wineries & trailheads including access to The Plunge, Mt. Garfield, Palisade Rim & Riverbend Park. Begin, end or spend your day lounging in the little yard quaint for sipping wine & enjoying charcuterie.

Sunshine Cottage

Live like a local in our cozy little cottage! We renovated a garage which is located by our house on 10 acres of land and recently put in a seating area with Pergola. Our land is south facing on a mesa with a beautiful view of the mountains. We grow 3 acres of medicinal herbs, vegetables and berries. There is a weaving and fiber arts studio on site, and we also host 3 weeks of kids camps at the farm, so be prepared to have some activity happening here. Looking forward to hosting you:)

Drive 45 min to the Black Canyon's North Rim, or 45 min the other direction to the Grand Mesa. World class fishing right down the road! High desert views of the Gunnison Gorge and the Uncompahgre Plateau. Well-stocked kitchenette. 100 Mbps WiFi. Fire pit! Dog allowed. No cats. Smoking OK outside, 420 friendly!
