You are in the prime location to enjoy the gorgeous landscapes of Palisade but still minutes away from winery's, distillery's, hiking,skiing,biking, and the historic district downtown. Stylish charm with lofted sleeping space up a ships ladder, boasts a new Queen Nectar Mattress. Up the ladder sleeping loft is only for the fit and adventurous. Must be comfortable on your knees because it’s a low headroom situation. There is a main level futon sofa sleeper too if need be. Lovely park like setting with outside firepit and charcoal Weber mini grill. Kitchenette is pretty well outfitted. Tiny Cottage has plenty of charm and comforts. Groovy wooden beads across bathroom door.

An architect's studio: This modern and unique space is new construction in an existing building. It’s on "The Edge" of colorful Cedaredge with the Grand Mesa and its 300 lakes only 20 minutes away. Hike, swim, fly fish, off road, mountain bike, cross country ski, antique, or visit great wineries and restaurants in the surrounding area. Sit on our south deck and sun or meditate with the sound of Surface Creek just a few feet away. Finish it all off with a walk on beautiful Surface Creek Trail.

Lovely mountain views, amazing outdoor area with private hot tub, (can be kept cool in hot weather.)Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and are situated on opposite sides of the home for privacy. A 7-10 minute bike ride to downtown, 5-10 minute walk to three vineyards, surrounded by orchards. 900 sq ft bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs, the kitchen is well equipped. The fenced yard has shaded outdoor areas to BBQ and enjoy sunsets. Best for 4 guests comfortable roll away bed for 5.
