Loft (29m2): living, bedroom (send us your choice: double or twin beds), bathroom, kitchenette with basic amenities, fridge, toaster, coffeemaker, kettle (no stove/micro). Lots of young art, 1st floor by steep stairs, lively noisy street. Historic monument in the middle of the center, all attractions around. For 2 persons only (no other guests allowed!). Not suitable for nit-pickers. Do not make noise!

Please feel welcome in this spacious and well-cared apartment at the upper floor of our house just 30 min. from Amsterdam. The house is situated at the waterfront of a lake with clear water to swim and do other watersports. It has a roof terrace with a wide view over the lake, to enjoy the sun and a BBQ. From this great and healthy place you can visit the dynamic cities as Amsterdam, Utrecht and Rotterdam or Almere with his modern architecture and lay out for separate cycle paths and parks.

The apartment is located in the busy Kinkerstraat street where you can find a lot of coffee places, shops, and supermarkets. The apartment is located on 4th floor and living room windows are having the sun all day. The bedroom is looking on the inside of the building and it is very quiet, so no streer noises are a problem. The apartment is our home where we live, and therefore you can find a lot of: art, books, magazines, candles and flowers. The apartment has a back yard terrace.
