A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

De vakantiewoning is gevestigd, in een oude stal. De boerderij is gelegen in het buitengebied van Rotterdam in een oud buurtschap genaamd 'De Kandelaar'. Hier wonen slechts 30 mensen en het is de perfecte spot midden in de natuur tussen de (grote) steden Rotterdam, Schiedam en Delft. De perfecte plek om de stad en natuur te combineren! Onze boerderij ligt op slechts 5km vanaf Schiedam, 8km vanaf Delft en 12km vanaf Rotterdam en 30 minuten (met de auto) vanaf het strand.

Beautiful apartment on the second floor (attic floor) of a monumental canal house in the center of Delft, quietly located opposite the canal boats. The central station is a 5-minute walk away, shops and delicious restaurants are a stone's throw away. The attic floor is complete and tastefully luxuriously furnished, a kitchen, shower, toilet. The picturesque canal house does not have an elevator, unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.

This is such a wonderful and peaceful space to stay. The neighborhood is perfectly located, just outside the busy areas of town but within a few minutes walk away. There is also a beautiful canal just steps away. The space was comfortable and as described. There are also a couple of sweet neighborhood cats around. Mitch and Amy were also communicative and reached out when the weather was very hot to make sure I stayed cool. I highly recommend staying there!

The house was in very good condition and very close to both the center and campus. Theo wasn't home the first few days, but he gave me all the instructions for getting in and using the house without any problems. I was also able to use his bike to get anywhere.

A lovely home, gorgeous neighbourhood and superstar hosts. The property is well presented, clean and equipped with all the essentials. A bonus to have toys for the little ones to play with - the mini kitchen was a hit! The area exceeded expectations, with the park, canal and city centre within a very picturesque walking distance. The check-in/out process couldn’t have been easier - the hosts kindly arranged parking and a travel cot for our baby. Thank you so so much for a wonderful stay!

Han's accommodation perfectly matches the description. It is very comfortable and well-equipped, the terrace has a very nice view of the park, ideal place to read, rest and have breakfast. Huge shopping mall nearby where you will find everything you need. Ideally located with a tram stop 5 minutes away that takes you to the city center of The Hague in 15 minutes. I spent 5 days in this beautiful penthouse in Rijswijk and it was a fantastic experience. The location is ideal and easily accessible, which made the stay even more pleasant. The penthouse itself was spotless, really taken care of to the last detail — you notice that a lot of attention is paid to hygiene and comfort. Rusen is super friendly, respectful and always available for questions or help. That personal approach made the stay even more enjoyable. There is really nothing negative to report. Everything was perfectly arranged. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a luxurious and carefree place to stay in Rijswijk
