The home itself strikes the perfect balance between rustic charm and modern comfort. It all blends together to create a space that feels both stylish and deeply personal. The fireplace is a centerpiece—warm, inviting, and stocked with enough firewood to last all summer. This isn’t just a house—it’s a welcoming home. You can feel the care and intention behind every detail. Located just 15 minutes from Bethel Woods, it’s the ideal escape from NYC. I can’t wait to return.

Our stay at Marcel’s was amazing. Everything looked exactly as posted and described. Marcel sent very thorough information and instructions for use of everything. The beds were truly the most comfortable beds ever! We had the best sleep. There was so many items in the kitchen to use and condiments in fridge etc. The wood burning stove was the perfect part to the weekend. We didn’t use the hot tub but it looked beautiful. We did notice mice droppings around the house, mostly in the kitchen but we were made aware of that prior. We just made sure to keep all food away- no issue there! Our two dogs enjoyed the stay as well.

Great place to stay for a concert at Bethel Woods. Only 20 minutes away. On top of that the town is so cute, we wished we had more time to spend in town or out back by the creek! We used the grill and made a great dinner. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The host was very responsive and sent us everything we needed to know prior to arriving! We would definitely stay here again!

Great place! Incredibly well-appointed kitchen. Very comfortable, cute and clean. Great for the dog. Nice backyard. Great to be so close to jeffersonville for necessities. We would come back in a heart beat.

This cottage on the river was just as described & exactly what we needed for a quick, relaxing getaway. The multiple outdoor seating areas & river views made for a beautiful scene, the neighborhood was a cute, quiet area perfect for evening strolls & Main Street is a 10 minute walk with plenty to do. We truly enjoyed our stay & will definitely book again!

Amazing Stay – Perfect for Family & Friends! Our stay at this Airbnb was fantastic! The place was spotlessly clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly responsive and considerate, making sure all our requests were accommodated with ease. Communication was effortless, which made the entire stay even smoother. The house had everything we needed, from extra towels, blankets, and pillows to a fully stocked laundry area. The grill worked perfectly and even came with propane, making outdoor cooking a breeze. The space itself was huge, making it ideal for family gatherings or trips with friends. One of the highlights was the multiple bathrooms, which made it super convenient for a larger group. And the hot tub was absolutely perfect, especially in the winter! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and spacious Airbnb. Would definitely book again! We couldn't have asked for a better experience on our first family getaway with our infant and dog. The house was spotless, with brand-new modern furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, and top-notch amenities. The property itself is simply gorgeous, with plenty of land to explore and perfect for a game of fetch. One rainy day during our stay became a highlight, as the breathtaking views provided an ideal excuse for a relaxing day in. Kirt was a fantastic host, and we definitely hope to return!

My 3 friends and I stayed here while attending Mountain Jam and felt comfortable and at home. There was plenty of room for us to spread out between the living room, dining area and back porch. The kitchen was well-supplied with appliances, cookware and dishes. Their property is so beautiful and the apartment is even nicer in person than in the photos. It is a garage apartment offering complete privacy. It was just a 15-20 minute drive from Belleayre. Bob and Jackie are wonderful hosts, very attentive and responsive. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

We had the most amazing weekend at Alice’s. She was a beautiful and gracious host. She made us banana nut bread! The rooms were clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the lake. I would recommend staying here and plan to be back!!

Five-star experience, all around. We stayed for three nights in conjunction with the Mountain Jam festival at Belleayre Mountain resort. Gorgeous, beautifully appointed lodgings in a tranquil setting. Accommodations were spotlessly clean and provided every comfort. Host was outstandingly kind and patient with our (in retrospect) needy demands. Excellent communication. Warmly recommended!

Both Patrick and his apartment are wonderful! His place is our absolute first choice while visiting Warwick. The apartment is always spotless, the bed is super comfy, and the view from the living area is spectacular. We saw a menagerie of backyard wildlife this trip, including deer, bunnies, chipmunks, woodchucks, squirrels, and a whole host of different birds. And the apartment is easily walkable to everything the village has to offer. Patrick is a really kind human and we love chatting with him. We’re big fans!

We had a wonderful stay at Serg’s place! He gave us great recommendations for hikes in the area, and was very friendly. The place was private, well kept, clean and well stocked. Will definitely come back if we are in the area again

Loved our stay in Sugar Loaf! Location is perfect to walk the quaint town, and it’s a quick drive into Warwick. We appreciated toiletries being provided, and house was very clean. It was a great sized space for four adults and two children. Will stay again!

Great place in walking distance to several coffee shops and restaurants. Lovely neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. Esther was very communicative and had everything stocked that one might need. Five Stars!!!

We stayed for the Spartan Race event at Bethel Woods. Very conveniently located just a few minutes away. Restaurants within walking distance and a beautiful view from the deck.

This is the second time we have stayed in one of Kristof’s studios at The Appalachian. As last time, he was great to rent from and very responsive. The studio was perfect for our needs as we were there for a downhill mountain bike race. It was great to be onsite the whole weekend. The studio has everything you need and being on the second floor was nice.

This was a perfect stayfor the wedding weekend we attended. Location was perfect host was fantastic and the atmosphere was just what we needed. I would recommend this condo and host to anyone.

It is a great location, with plenty of things to do in the immediate vicinity. The unit was quiet, clean, comfortable, and provided everything I needed for a week long stay. The owner was very responsive to any query, and I did not have any issues with the unit during my stay. I'd work with Henry again for a future stay in Vernon, NJ.
