I've stayed here before and plan to return. Hosts are responsive and helpful, and the place is always clean. Great location downtown.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. We were pleased with the location for our purpose of visiting family. This home is nearly surrounded by Otterbein University with Greek houses nearby. There was no noise issue for us with students gone for the summer. We were happy to have the 2 air conditioning units when temps were over 80 during our stay. There are over 30 steps to this 3rd floor apartment. If you're 5 ft 6 in or taller watch your noggin' in this bathroom with the angled ceiling. This apartment is charming with old home character.

This cute, cozy downtown apartment in Delaware, OH is clean, spacious and is within walking distance to many local restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a wonderful little spot right in the heart of downtown Delaware and is worth every penny for the location alone. The apartment was absolutely spotless and the bed was quite comfortable. I would recommend this spot for a short vacation if you're here on business. The owners were wonderful and communicated with us quite quickly. 10/10

Very nice location in a quiet neighborhood. It was walkable to restaurants, bars, and stores for last minute items. The host was also proactive and very clear with communication. Would book again.

A small and quite place perfect for one night stay, most cost efficient.

This is the second time our group has has spent a weekend in Columbus together and Charles’ place was awesome. We each had our own bed/ bedroom and having 3 bathrooms was fantastic. Enjoyed both the hot tub and the fire pit. Would definitely stay there again!!

Great house to be in. My tile crew and I stayed here and just loved the hot tub and all the room we had. 3 levels to roam around in. 3 bathrooms with showers all had great water pressure. Lots of privacy. A+

Can we just get a 👏🏼🙌🏼 for decent toilet paper!!! lol but seriously, the small things matter, so to other owners and yall, toilet paper thicker than 1 ply paper mache style matters!! Also the rest of the place was great! Comfy bed, super cute inside and nice location! would stay again😊

Very clean space and good driving distance from the middle of the city. Hot tub is a shared space and the walls are pretty thin so it’s easy to hear other guests even when they’re not being particularly loud. But overall great stay and nice place.
