Excellent address and stay. Perfect location, clean and organized. Very comfy beds. Flexible & welcoming host. I recommend in the Catskills.

We had a fantastic stay! The Airbnb was everything we were hoping for, nestled in a beautiful nook among the trees, it felt like a perfect escape. The house itself was cozy, warm, and well-appointed, making it easy to relax and unwind. We especially enjoyed working from the deck, surrounded by nature. The neighborhood was lovely for walks, and we also took advantage of the area for runs and bike rides. I’d highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to get away and recharge!

Elizabeth’s cottage is the perfect home base to explore everything in the Catskills, especially many of the hiking trails. The Urban Cowboy Lodge is essentially next door and offers a great restaurant for dinner and drinks without having to travel into one of the nearby towns. The cottage is also really a unique space with an eclectic mid-century vibe. Definitely will stay here again.

This is year six for staying at Doug’s house. We won’t stay anywhere else. The house is beautiful and immaculate. It has every amenity you need. It has the best price point compared to anything else. We are already planning our stay for next year. Doug is an outstanding host . He cares that you have a great time at his place.

Beth’s & Tom’s place was great - very clean, looked exactly like the pictures and was very close to main st of Livingston Manor! Super cute and convenient! Would love to stay again!

The view is everything!! A great weekend getaway

Another review said it was more beautiful than the pictures and I agree! The home and space was so serene even though it was a bit rainy. My partner and I felt safe and visited some food recommendations. We highly recommend mornings! And We hope to go back! Paul was truly an amazing and responsive host

My family and I had a wonderful time here even in the rain! It’s so cozy and beautiful. We had a blast sitting by the fire to make s’mores. The kids had lots of space to run and play too! The Mountain View was everything you could ever want. I never wanted to leave. Host was very responsive when I had a question. It was extremely quiet and beautiful. The towns nearby were also very charming.

My 3 friends and I stayed here while attending Mountain Jam and felt comfortable and at home. There was plenty of room for us to spread out between the living room, dining area and back porch. The kitchen was well-supplied with appliances, cookware and dishes. Their property is so beautiful and the apartment is even nicer in person than in the photos. It is a garage apartment offering complete privacy. It was just a 15-20 minute drive from Belleayre. Bob and Jackie are wonderful hosts, very attentive and responsive. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay here. Was perfect for our quick visit to SUNY Delhi. Great communication from our host and everything clean and organized! We were looking forward to arriving and heading downstairs to eat at the pub but it closes at 4 on Sundays so just be aware if that is your idea too. We were able to go the next day before heading home and had some great chicken wings! Cute town-we’ll be back and hope to stay here again!

Everything was great. It had everything we needed. The place was super cute and clean. The host was very responsive.

Five-star experience, all around. We stayed for three nights in conjunction with the Mountain Jam festival at Belleayre Mountain resort. Gorgeous, beautifully appointed lodgings in a tranquil setting. Accommodations were spotlessly clean and provided every comfort. Host was outstandingly kind and patient with our (in retrospect) needy demands. Excellent communication. Warmly recommended!

Great spot to get out of the city for a few days. Perfect location for us as it was very close to friends we were visiting in the area. Walkable to a local coffee shop, cafe, deli/market, wine store, and gas station. The apt was very clean, bright, and had a wonderful historic charm to it. Very quiet, even for being on the main street. Highly recommend staying here for a central location to lots of lovely small towns, hiking, skiing, swimming, fishing, beautiful drives, and good local food. Jen and Caroline gave us great instructions and there was plenty of info in the apt when we got there on how to use the locks, lights, and whatnot.

It really is like being at home. It is a beautiful cabin, surrounded by lots of snow and lots of pine trees. lots of towels and lots of blankets. We really had a great time, and Myrna and Mike, they are really great and very friendly. one hundred percent recommendable

Cheri’s place is spacious, clean, and comfortable. I got in later than expected and was greeted by homemade pumpkin bread! If you stay, be sure to check out the bakery across the street.

We loved our stay. The space has the charm of a historic building but is nicely modernized at the same time. Check in was a breeze with very clear instructions from David. We did not get to try the restaurant downstairs on this trip although we popped in for a nightcap and sat out on the comfortable porch and watched the rain. Inside the apartment, the sound from the restaurant was minimal. The space itself was very clean and well appointed. Overall, we were very comfortable and happy with our stay.
