Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Delaware County

Ashley's place in Roscoe is a gem. More and more Airbnb's feel cheap and impersonal, run by large management companies and filled with junky Ikea furniture and kitchenware. Not the case here! Ashley's place is both pristine and uncluttered with quality appointments. It was great to have a kitchen that was actually stocked with good pans, appliances, etc. The whole home, which is charming from the outside, has been fully renovated with great fixtures and cabinets, etc. throughout. It's clean, airy and well thought out. The side patio is great, and the hot tub a super bonus. Bed and linens were top quality and comfy. For us, the location was great, too. It's easily findable off of a main (but not busy) road, and just a few minutes from downtown Roscoe where there's plenty of good food. Even for a traveler familiar with the area, Ashley had spot-on recommendations of where to go. We came to fish, and there are iconic drop-ins along the Beaverkill just minutes away.

If you are looking for a tranquil Catskills escape, look no further. Jennifer’s home is cozy, tastefully appointed, spotlessly clean, and has the perfect mix of privacy plus proximity to restaurants, shops, and things to do. I’ve been on Airbnb for about 10 years now and never have a I seen a more thorough guidebook of local places to try. It ended up raining for most of our stay, but no matter - we enjoyed peaceful mornings having coffee and reading in the breakfast nook, playing board games in the sun room, watching wild bunnies frolic around the front yard, and drinking in the beautiful mountain and lake views. 10/10, we will be back!!

The best review we can give is that this was our third time returning to this amazing house for a winter escape. The house is stunning and abounds with character. Relaxing by the fire, cooking in the well-equipped and cozy kitchen, dining by candlelight. It’s a gorgeous old home that has been beautifully maintained and has all the creature comforts you’ll desire. The area is beautiful in any season, with several quaint towns close by with local shopping and ample dining options. Scott is also a responsive and generous host, though I doubt you’ll need anything at all! Go enjoy this beautiful home!

Actually, the photos of this place do not do it justice at all. This property is incredible! It was everything (and more!) of what we were looking for. A long holiday weekend very well spent in a clean, extremely well kept, and cozy place hidden in a beautiful forest. The hosts were top-notch! Incredibly helpful and super responsive. We would love to visit again!

Wow, what a place. We were looking for a place to just a cousins girls weekend, in the woods/mountains some where. We wanted a big open space to gather, sleeping for 10 and privacy, we knew we would probably be loud (we laugh a lot and aren’t quiet by nature), this place hit the mark!! We brought all our food and drinks, the home had everything else we needed. This was probably the best weekend we’ve had in a long time. One of my favorite parts was sitting on the deck, enjoying the peace and sounds of nature!

This was our second stay at Catherine’s place and we brought more family with us. We all had a such a fun time! Great place for a quick getaway to relax and unwind from the daily grind. The game room downstairs was enjoyed by all. We were able to get outside as well and sit by the fire in between the rain. Would definitely recommend Catherine’s place!

This house was amazing! Unfortunately, my group and I arrived to find the beds unmade and towels on the floor -- I messaged the hosts, they responded right away, and figured out there was a mishap with the cleaners. They said it was the first time ever the cleaners didn't show up. The hosts were profusely apologetic and rectified the situation. Aside from that, everything was perfect! The jacuzzi was awesome, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped, the record player was fun, and the space was just really conducive to a wonderful and peaceful trip! I would highly recommend this spot to families or large groups!

Great place - there is a lot of space! We appreciated the abundance of queen size beds. The shower in the master bath is very nice. We enjoyed the pool table, hot tub and fire pit. The large dining room table easily accommodated our large group. The only negative was that the outdoor gas grill was in need of a good cleaning when we arrived. In summary, this is a great property for a large group.

We went for a quick weekend getaway with our two dogs and absolutely loved William and Liz’s home, we didn’t want to leave!! I loved the privacy, how peaceful it was, and of course the views! Our dogs enjoyed all the free space to run as well. We unfortunately had a lot of rain when we stayed, causing our tour of howes cavern to be canceled due to flash flooding. We were rescheduled which affected our check out time, but they were so sweet and offered us to check out whenever we liked and even offered us an extra night to stay! (We wish we could have). It was a wonderful weekend getaway and we all can’t wait to go back! :)

This is a Barbie Dream House for adults with taste. Every electronic is thoughtfully placed and wires are carefully threaded. The arrangement of rooms and furniture is intuitive. The small details are thought through. From the beautiful living room overlooking wide open spaces, to the TV & game room everything is designed for comfort and relaxation. The wrap around porch opens up to beautiful views, as do the the hot tub and sauna. We absolutely loved the tiny basketball game. Even though it rained the whole time of our stay, we had everything to keep us entertained and comfortable at the house. Nathan and Tim were so caring and communicative, and even checked in on us when the weather sucked.

We love staying at this peaceful and idyllic cabin. The property is very well maintained and true in character to its beautiful surroundings. We love the log fire, the hot tub and the beautiful garden full of wildlife. The area has plenty to do including great farmers markets, distillery with pizza truck and lots of walking and much more.

We absolutely loved staying in this perfect cabin. It was so beautiful, smelled of cedar(!), and felt secluded and peaceful at the top of the hill. We spent a dreamy evening out in the backyard with a fire going, and an even dreamier night curled up on the couch with a record on when it started pouring rain! Everything was super clean and well-equipped. We had a small issue one morning when the toilet wasn’t flushing, but Lenny was super responsive and kind and had it fixed while we were out. We loved it here. Would stay again if we find ourselves back in the area!

If you’re looking for a cozy weekend away in the Catskills, this is the place!! Everything about Pamela and Alan’s cabin was absolutely perfect: the cleanliness, the amenities, their friendliness, the vast space, and bonus: the grill and hot tub. My partner and I loved every minute of our time spent at the cabin and truly made some great memories staying up here. I cannot recommend this place enough and thank Pamela and Alan for being incredible hosts!

This was a absolute gem of an Airbnb. The location was everything my wife and I imagine for our kids to grow up in one day. The plot of land the home sat on was one from a fairytale. Melody was a great host. We will 100% be back to this location.

W’s place is great for a large family or group of friends looking for a getaway in a peaceful, private, retreat-like environment. The house has cozy Catskill cabin vibes with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, updated bathrooms and a variety of different spaces to provide a large group with opportunities to spread out and find quiet nooks and crannies when needed. The beautiful wooded setting is perfect backdrop for all the amenities — wood fired hot tub and sauna plus cold plunge make the property feel like a private spa. It’s very easy to stay on the property for a full day without leaving, however there’s also an abundance of local adventures to be had — hiking, swimming, fishing etc. Great place for outdoor enthusiasts. W is responsive and helpful in his communications.
