Good location with easy access to plenty of restaurants, bars, breweries, etc. House was clean and had everything you could need for your stay.

Agustin’s place was just exactly what we needed! We had to find a place last minute in Austin and he was quick to respond and invite us to his home. Let me say one thing picture do NO justice for what the home actually looks like. The location is perfect especially for family’s with active children who need some fun at the local park. Once inside it was very open space and beautiful art portraits. The kitchen fully stocked, the rooms very cozy, the back yard very cute especially for a cook out. The entire home was VERY CLEAN! I most definitely found my go to home when in Austin! Thank you so much Agustin for hosting us, you made our trip relaxing and comfortable!

Great house, we were in Austin for a race trip and the house is very convenient, only 5 minutes from the track.

We booked this Airbnb for a bachelorette trip and it was absolutely perfect! The place was incredibly well-stocked and had multiple living areas. Everything was clean, comfy, and thoughtful. The host was super flexible and communicative, which made everything even smoother. It made our weekend so easy and fun. Highly recommend!

It was such a treat to stay at the Texas lavender! The house is wonderful, especially the balcony. We spent most of our time out on it reading and watching wildlife. Feels very private! Worth a longer drive to Austin to have your own slice of paradise.

Christopher’s place was fantastic. Clean and close to all the local places we wanted to travel to. Proximity to the pool is great as well!

Didnt stay too long at the listing. Mainly used it as a place to sleep for the night. The only sink is in the bathroom but that’s called out in the description. I wasn’t really cooking or eating so that didn’t bother me. Quiet garden out back and filtered water in the kitchen was much appreciated.

Wow! We loved our stay here so much! Josh and Amiee were so nice, responsive and helpful! They gave great instructions on getting here and also on all check in/check out procedures. Any questions we had, they replied almost immediately. We really needed a restful getaway and this was the perfect place. We loved the pool so much and enjoyed watching all the birds especially. The place was impeccably clean and welcoming! We slept great in the adjustable bed. We had 2 smart TVs to use and the biggest selection of DVD’s we’ve ever seen. The kitchen had everything you could think of and it was so helpful to have a washer/dryer to use. Did I mention the pool? AMAZING! We plan to come back again soon! Thank you for sharing your beautiful place!

I had a great stay. Very comfortable home in a perfect East side location, close to many things and very walkable. The kitchen had an ample amount of cookware and the mattress was very comfortable! Great hosts and very responsive and helpful!

I had a great stay here. Austin is responsive and ready with neighborhood recommendations. The location is awesome - with a convenience store/cafe right next door which was great for grabbing beverages, snacks, etc. There are a number of restaurants and food trucks within a few minutes walk on 11th st. It's about a 10 minute walk south to 6th st if you're looking for a busier area. Overall, I loved the location and would recommended to anyone wanting to stay in the city. Thanks Austin!

We had such a great time at Joes place. It was just as described. Great location walkable to most things on East Cesar Chavez and not far from downtown either. Joe was super helpful and we couldn’t have asked for a better host and stay. Would definitely recommend. 10/10

We had a fantastic stay at Nils’ luxury apartment in Austin. The listing was exactly as described from the photos and descriptions. Nils and Liya were proactive, helpful, and very responsive, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. The apartment was spotless, with clean sheets, a HUGE bathroom, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Our favorite feature was the rooftop pool which offers a stunning city skyline/lake view and the perfect sunset spot. While this unit doesn't overlook the skyline, it does not take away from the experience. We saved compared to other listings and could still enjoy the views from the rooftop. Plus, catching the sunrise from the lanai each morning was a beautiful way to start the day. Parking was pricey, but we learned that’s typical for Austin. The location was ideal—close to paddle boarding, parks, and great restaurants. We truly felt at home and would absolutely recommend this place. Well worth the price. We’d love to stay again!

Great hosts and place!

The Villa and the facility were very nice and comfortable. The choice of nearby restaurants and markets is sparse to say the least. The onsite Island Grill is only open from Thursday afternoon -Sunday afternoon. Also, if you're hoping for a nearby upscale eatery, don't bother, it's not there. That said, we had a lovely time. Boat rentals are close. Drive slowly near the facility surroundings. Deer are everywhere in the afternoons and evening.
