Our recent stay at Michelle’s Airbnb in Leucadia, California, was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Michelle has thought of every detail to make her guests feel at home. The property is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and impeccably maintained, creating an inviting and comfortable atmosphere that rivaled the coziness of our own home. The kitchen was a standout feature, fully stocked with everything needed to whip up almost any meal. From cookware to an impressive array of spices, we had all the tools to enjoy home-cooked dinners, which made our stay even more special. It’s rare to find such a well-equipped kitchen in a vacation rental! The location is perfect for soaking in the local culture. Right on the beach, we loved taking daily walks to explore the vibrant Leucadia community. The highlight, though, was watching the sunset every evening from the living room or deck—pure magic! If you're currently looking for a place to stay in the San Diego area and have kids, stop looking. This is the place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carrie's property. Kids Paradise was ideal for our young ones, and thanks to Carrie’s thoughtful preparations, we had everything we needed for a comfortable experience. This made it possible for our children to have a wonderful vacation, while also allowing us parents to relax. I highly recommend this accommodation for families with children of all ages. We look forward to the possibility of staying at one of her other properties in the future.

We had a nice stay at Teresa’s condo! It was clean and spacious. The location was very convenient for us with a lot of things in walking distance. Teresa was also a fantastic host. She was extremely responsive and proactive.

Chris did a great job making sure we were able to enter and we were happy. The place was spotless, newly renovated with the latest designs and literally right on the beach and boardwalk with incredible views! I highly recommend the home and PB in general!!

We had a lovely stay at the cottage! It was a stunning location, surrounded by nature. The cottage was so homey, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay with our dog! Fully fenced in yard, beautiful and peaceful and felt very private as well. We were greeted when we walked in with a bottle of wine and fruit/nuts from Kamilo's garden on the table, they were delicious! We met Kamilo in the driveway and chatted a bit, what a lovely person! He is super nice and friendly and we had a great conversation. The location is great! A few minutes drive from the beach and also from great restaurants and shops. Felt like a very safe, quiet neighborhood. It was so nice sitting outside even though it was cloudy/rainy during our visit. The place was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortable bed and couch/bed. If you are visiting from within the USA, check out the plants that Kamilo sells! They are a great price and such a great selection! If we didnt live in Canada, and can't take live plants back :( we would have bought them all! We hope to make it back again to stay here, loved it!

Nestled right by the ocean (2mi), it’s a peaceful, serene retreat with beautiful greenery and a calming atmosphere that melts all your stress away. Every corner of the space is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. If you’re looking for a quiet, luxurious, and welcoming escape by the sea, look no further. Leanne and Jim’s place is a hidden gem, and we can’t recommend it highly enough. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We had a fabulous time at the Granny Flat! Everything was pristine and Kristen has thought of every amenity. She was kind and responsive. We loved the peaceful backyard with gorgeous views. The location is super convenient and a max of 25-30 mins to anywhere else in the SD area. Our pups had a great time, too! Would love to stay here again!

We loved staying here! It was easy to work remotely, Windansea Beach was just down the block, parking was easy and plentiful, and the back patio was a fantastic place to hang out. We will book this place again next time we are in town.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was stunning, with ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again. This was my first AirB&B stay, and I was very pleased! The instructions were easy, and I felt at liberty to go in and out without disturbing anyone. The kitchen was great for cooking up basic meals and saved us on the eating out budget. Most things were well-stocked and the appliances were in working order. We had an issue with the TV, and the hosts were quick to check things out and found a very generous solution for us. Good thing, because we enjoyed ending our days with some movie time. You will not struggle with parking, and the outside patio is just wonderful! Some things to note: People are allowed to bring pets, so you'll probably find dog hairs on the outside furniture. The table inside is a bit small so we ate most of our meals outside. This worked great with the wonderful weather we had, but it might be less fun otherwise. You can also sometimes hear sounds through the shared wall, but nothing that disturbed our sleep. In summary, I would stay here again.

I was looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to relax and recharge and this fit perfectly. Anita and Brian are great hosts, friendly and helpful but still respected my privacy. The setting is also beautifully landscaped and the deck was great to have for relaxing and enjoying the water view. I can highly recommend.

Place was wonderful. Check in was ok. Directions was confusing around the place and map was not to helpful at all. Steven was great w/ communication.

I was only able to stay for one night this time, but it was so nice to arrive to a cozy, welcoming, private suite-like space rather than a sterile hotel room. I immediately felt comfortable and knew Teri was available to help me if needed. Exactly as described/pictured and the neighborhood was very quiet. I will definitely book again and hope to stay longer next time!

I loved the location, we could walk to coffee in the morning. A few great food options are close. The kitchen was fully equipped for anyone wanting to cook, we didn't because the food choices were too good in the area.

We loved staying at Wil’s place. The place was amazing, cozy and everything we wanted for our family. We loved the aesthetic, and the pool was so fun to play in. It was quiet but close to everything we wanted to do, so it was the perfect place to come back to after a long day out. The host and hostess were amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. We can’t wait to visit again.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren längeren Aufenthalt. Alles hat bestens gepasst und Nick war ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Er hat uns unter anderem auch ans Meer gefahren. Es war alles sehr sauber, es fehlte an nichts und wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Auch der Garten wird von Nick liebevoll gepflegt und sieht wunderschön aus. Wenn wir im Haus waren, war Nick im Hintergrund, war aber immer präsent. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt bei Nick und können allen bestens empfehlen hier zu verweilen.

Condo was easy to find, instructions were clear and simple to get it. Condo itself was clean and felt right at home. It's in a great location walking distance to Omni La Costa resort which has great food and drinks and a great golf course. Would definitely book again the next time I'm in San Diego.
