Host was very helpful. Clean and spacious property, walking distance to Dubai mall and the Burj Khalifa. Some construction happening across the street but does not affect your stay. Very enjoyable stay , we stayed for 2 weeks and had no issues.

We stayed at Mr. Alihan’s Airbnb for a week, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in Dubai. I travel to Dubai often and usually stay in hotels, but after this stay, I don’t think I’ll ever go back to a hotel again! The apartment exceeded all expectations it met every luxury standard and went beyond. Everything in the space was thoughtfully curated, from the design to the smallest details. High-end brands and top-quality materials were used throughout the apartment, giving it a true 5-star feel (if not better!). The location was also a huge plus just a 10–15 minute drive from the airport and very close to all the major attractions and areas in the city. It was incredibly convenient and central. Mr. Alihan was an exceptional host. You could tell he put so much care into making sure guests have everything they need. The place felt like home immediately, and I already miss it! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone travel in

Hamza is a great host, and his place was so neat and close to literally everything u need to go to. Dubai mall is just 5 min walking, and he was checking on me if I needed anything in a daily basis. Plus he gave me a gift on my first day as a welcome to my home

Overall great stay, don’t hesitate to book. What stood out: 1. Location is amazing and the views from the unit are worth spending a few nights here. 2. Amenities are impeccable. You share the same amenities as the guests of a 5 star hotel. Be sure to check out the pool club. 3. Unit is very well designed and you’ll feel right at home. Will definitely come back here.

The moment we arrived, everything was smooth, well-organized, and exactly as described. The apartment was beautifully furnished, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was close to major attractions, yet private. What really stood out was the warm hospitality and quick communication. Zay Staycae team was thoughtful, professional, and genuinely cared about our experience. The apartment is wonderful, it even looks better than the pictures. We spent a relaxing week there. Of course, its location is one of the best in Downtown Dubai.

We had great stay in appartment Carpe Diem in Dubai. Appartment is on the highest floor with beautifull views to Dubai marina. Appartman is very close to JBR beach with a lot of restaurants and malls. We are 5th time in Dubai and this our stay was the best. We will come back again. Thanks a lot. Anna
