Die Haushälfte mit eigenem Eingang verfügt über einen großen Wohnraum mit Schlafsofa und offener Küche, einem Schlafzimmer, großem Bad und riesiger Terrasse Parken kann direkt vor dem Haus. Lauras Rustico ist wirklich ein Träumchen für jeden, der gerne abseits vom Trubel ist und Privatsphäre, Ruhe und die Natur genießen möchte. Das renovierte Dorfhäuschen ist die perfekte Mischung aus modernisiertem Ambiente und dem ursprünglichen, rustikalen Charakter eines alten, italienischen Steinhauses. Wir haben die ruhigen Abende auf der Dachterrassen sehr genossen und konnten beim Anblick auf die wunderschönen Berge die Seele baumeln lassen. Laura ist eine sehr freundliche, aufgeschlossene Gastgeberin und wir haben uns sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, dann aber etwas länger. :-)

We have just got back from 5 nights at Villa Barca and words can’t explain this place. An absolute slice of heaven in the Italian mountains. Jurgen, Hans and team were exceptional hosts and couldn’t do enough for you. We absolutely loved Hans dinners - we had a pasta one night and a pizza the other and both were delicious. The villa and gardens are utterly gorgeous and the swimming pool and spa area were exceptional. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and we loved all of the little touches - spa music playing throughout the grounds and in our apartment on arrival, the ability to order drinks / lunch to the pool area and the local wine in the kitchen. The room/apartment itself was perfect, the kitchen was well stocked with all equipment you would need and the bathroom was very modern and spotless. Very comfortable bed! This is one of the best places we have ever stayed, we really didn’t want to leave and we will definitely be back. Highly highly recommend!

This was a last minute find due to cancelled flights but how glad we are to have found it! The property was immaculate with lovely thoughtful furnishings and we arrived to find a beautiful selection of local produce. The property is remote and peaceful and we would really love to come back again.

Abbiamo trascorso una gradevole mini-vacanza nell'appartamento della sig.ra Carla,ci siamo trovati benissimo e anche i nostri figli hanno gradito gli spazi,la pulizia e tutte le comodità all'interno della casa. La zona è molto tranquilla ma è anche questo il suo bello, dipende da cosa si cerca. La comunicazione e le informazioni sono state molto soddisfacenti.Terremo sicuramente in considerazione la possibilità di tornarci😊

Giselle und Raimondo haben uns unseren Kurzurlaub so schön wie nur möglich gestaltet. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich, und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die beiden haben uns herzlich willkommen und uns mit Tipps für die Umgebung versorgt. Wir haben die beiden sehr ins Herz geschlossen und hoffen bald zurück zu kommen.
