Στο χώρο κουζίνας-καθιστικού υπάρχει μονό κρεββάτι και καναπές που μετατρεπεται σε δυο μονα κρεβατια καταλληλα για παιδια και οχι ιδιεταιρα ευσωμους ενηλικους. . .Οι διαστασεις καθε κρεβατιου οταν ειναι ανοιγμενος ο καναπες ειναι 1.80 ×0.70 εκατοστα. Σε ήσυχο δρόμο, πολύ κοντά σε καφετέριες, ταβέρνες, Σούπερ-μάρκετ και Τράπεζα.
