This delightful apartment is located in the historic central part of town, on a canal. Very comfortable, cozy and quiet. Plenty of room with a very appealing courtyard as well. Quality furnishing and fixtures with extra touches like chocolates, snacks, juices and sparkling water enhance the experience. Karin is a marvellous host who is very proactive, helpful , kind and generous. We highly recommend this establishment, in this gem of a town.

the apartment was great and in great condition, extremely nice neighborhood but it is an uber/bolt or train ride away, now if you choose the ride app option be aware you will be spending about 30-70 euros each way for the 30-40 minute drive. i think the neighborhood was lovely, everything does close early in town (around 6-7) but if you can get into the shops or restaurants the area is great and friendly.

The Tiny House is iconic. It’s so cute and cozy. We had a great time staying.

The AP is located in the heart of Utrecht, clean and complete. We felt at home and wanted to use everything the apartment offered. We recommend it and will possibly return other times. It was great to sleep and wake up with the charming City Tower on our balcony!

Nice and unique appartment with great hosts. Tailor-made for a stay with kids (a lot to explore and discover). Very well equiped kitchen (nothing was missing). Located in a quiet and cozy area in the suburb of Utrecht (train/bus connections around the corner). We really enjoyed our stay!

AMAZING week long stay!! Home is beautiful and in great location to walk to everything we needed. 15 min walk from Amsterdam central train station, lots of canals, cafes, & bikes!! Anne Frank House close. Perfect spot to enjoy King’s Day!!! Home is just as described, clean, had everything we needed. Hosts were responsive and provided great recommendations!!

We stay at a lot of air BnBs and this one is one of our favorites yet. It seemed newly remodeled and decorated very nicely. It had everything we needed and the supplied breakfast items were a welcome surprise. Centrally located and felt very safe to walk around at any time. Very close to where various buses pick up to go anywhere. The shopping and cafes were all around and easy to get to with a short walk. There is a really nice grocery shirt just a few minutes walk away! Our favorite activity was walking to Black Bikes where we rented bikes and rode to the beach through the dunes. Loved how bike friendly the area is and walkable top of you’re not into bikes. Beautiful parks to walk through were also very nice.

Great host, everything is great, only the location is a bit far from so you will need a bus to get to the metro stations.other than that it's a quiet neighborhood and a very spaceous house.

We had a very good time at Mike's place. The surroundings are very beautiful and the house is very enjoyable too. The weather was on our side so we were lucky enough to be able to enjoy the pool and to swim in the river Amstel and to use her pebble board too. Staying there with kids allowed them to use the trampoline daily and to play in the garden. There is nothing (town, shops) at walking distance so for that you need to take the car but the view and beautiful landscape you get just by looking outside the windows when you wake up is worthwhile!

A beautiful and unique home. Very easy to get into Amsterdam, either by uber, metro or bike. Dafna was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay - in particular the beautiful garden. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, we were only in the accommodation for three days, but the stay was wonderful and very relaxing. The house is very nicely decorated, bright, clean and very cozy. The location is very quiet, in the morning bird concert, in the evening enjoy nature in the beautiful garden. Nevertheless, Amsterdam is quickly accessible by metro. Jeremy is a wonderful host, responds quickly to questions, very friendly, talkative and helpful. We hope there will be an opportunity to come back soon!

I highly recommend Joukje fabulous home for a family vacation in Amsterdam. We, a family of 2 parents and 2 teenage kids, had a splendid time there. First and Foremost, Joukje is a superv host, always helpful and friendly, and answered very quickly to any trouble or worry we had. She was also so kind and generous to use all of the house facilities (bicycle, kitchen products, and more) including late check out on our day of departure. The house is vast, cozy and warm, with everything a family could need. The beds are very comfortable and all of the house equipment is top notch. Ouderkerk where the house is located is a beautiful neighborhood, very peaceful, and easy to go from it to the Center of Amsterdam. A five minutes walk toa bus that comes every 5 minutes to Bijlmer station and from there 30 minutes to all Amsterdam. Thank you dear Joukje and Tim for your kind hospitality. I can honestly say that this was the BEST Airbnb I've ever stayed in! Perfect apartment: super clean, everything worked, plenty of amenities, comfortable bed, huge shower, cute balcony, just fab. Also a lovely area, very peaceful despite so many apartments around. Really helpful, responsive and friendly hosts - honestly, eveything about the stay was excellent. Bill’s apartment was fantastic for our stay. The parking was great and felt secure, and the tram link into Amsterdam is just around the corner. Great value for anyone looking to explore Amsterdam and be very comfortable over a long weekend!

We had an outstanding experience staying in Sem and Louise's home. They were everything you could hope for in a host and more—friendly, proactive, and helpful. Their flat is lovely. It is stylish, well-appointed, and exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked and easy to navigate. The living room is spacious and a delightful place to read or watch TV. Though we didn't use it, it's really nice to have a full-sized dining table. The bedroom and master bath are upstairs. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom has both a shower and a large tub. There's an additional small bathroom downstairs. It was clean and cheerful, and we loved feeling like locals for a few days. The neighborhood is great and walkable to many cafes and restaurants. The hosts left a binder with restaurant recommendations, which is how we discovered Little Collins and the Scandinavian Embassy. All told, the experience was a 10/10. We loved the apartment and the hosts and will definitely return.

My family had a wonderful stay at Niels’ place. For starters, Niels saved us after another host cancelled our stay (citing nonspecific “maintenance” issues) less than 24h before we were due to check in. He then let us drop off our luggage while his place was being readied for us, which was very helpful since our plans had been upended. Throughout Niels was kind and very communicative. And the home itself was perfect. My family of five slept very comfortably and loved the location. Very grateful for our time there!

Great apartment and home away from home while visiting Amsterdam. The apartment had great amenenities and was SUPER clean. Toby was a great communicator and worked with us to allow us to keep our luggage in the apartment since we had an evening flight. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes away from downtown via metro but only 10-15 via bikes. There are some restaurants nearby and the metro is within easy walking distance. We were a family of 4 and the apartment was the ideal size for our family.

Great apartment, really convenient to get into the city centre by tram. The only downside was no curtains or blinds in the living room for the evenings. Hosts quick to respond and helpful. The key safe could be a bit tricky to spot if you arrive in the dark as it's on the other side of the road and was behind a couple of bikes when we were there!
