Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in De los Pocitos Beach

Very spacious apartment, in impeccable condition, very well equipped. An incredible view of the sea, very enjoyable. Huge bathroom. Bedrooms with large closets, comfortable beds and impeccable bedding. Quiet and well insulated. The alphanumeric access to the apartment and magnetic access (with 2 keys provided) to the building facilitated independent movement for my wife and me. Very good location. At first, if you are not used to the area, it may seem far away, but in reality you can get to 18 de julio and ejido in 10 minutes on foot, two steps from the rambla and very easy to get around by car as well. A decently stocked supermarket is literally just a few steps away from the building. Very easy access parking, at street level, spacious for maneuvering and the assigned space is huge (actually there are two, because the one next to it, against a wall, is canceled and you can take advantage of that space). Playground at the door of the building, highly recommended for children. Very friendly and responsive host. We'll definitely be back.

Our stay in Montevideo was beautiful. A city that invites you to return. The house is super functional, perfect for a family or group of friends, it has all the amenities and is very well equipped, the location is excellent, 1 block from the Rambla. The neighborhood is very beautiful, on the same block there are restaurants, pharmacy, several shops and supermarket. The apartment's parking is convenient and you can also park nearby without any problem, the area made us feel very safe all the time. Both Natalia and Pablo were very kind and attentive to our inquiries.

Would highly recommend! We stayed here for 3 weeks and loved how well thought out the place was (was so nice to actually have a good sharp knife at an Airbnb for once) Internet was fast for the 2 of us and it was also close to many bakeries and cafes. Silvina was a great host! :)

We went to my lady for a few days, we had an excellent time, Mary was very quick to respond and was very kind. The accommodation is better than in the photos, the location is very good, a block away is the super, ice cream, pharmacy. Two blocks away is the beach. The area is quiet. I was with the van parked outside without problems.

Paula's house is beautiful and located in a wonderful setting in Montevideo. Your communication is assertive . The truth is that we had a happy time. To move easier, we rent a car, which was super easy to do. I highly recommend this nice, clean, well-decorated house in a beautiful setting.

Our stay at Andres' place was spectacular, it's ideal for families: - Very noteworthy location, it is a quiet neighborhood, safe, very nice to walk around the area. It also has an excellent gastronomic pole just a few blocks away. - The house is super well equipped, the kitchen has everything you need and more. And as a plus, for the children there are many toys, books and entertainment. - The cleanliness is very good, the house is impeccable. - Communication with Andrés was excellent, very fluid. He was always attentive to flexibly coordinate check-in and check-out times. It exceeded my expectations, I will definitely stay here again in my next stay in Montevideo.

Amazing house in the heart of Punta Carretas. Walking distance to anything you might need and half a block from the Rambla. Veronica was great and super helpful. The house is even nicer than it looks in pictures. It's brand new and super clean.

Modern, clean, and hits all the points. WiFi worked great, And after exploring the city extensively, I think the area immediately around the apartment is our favorite part of the city.

The very nice and well located building, walking access to the boulevard, shopping, bus stop of various lines, restaurant, ice cream shop, pharmacy, butcher and super no more than a 5-minute walk away. I had only two minor problems in the lodging, an air conditioner that was not working and the electronic lock that in the last day gave some problem that triggered an alarm, but still functioning normally.
