Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Uruguay

Our stay was excellent. The apartment is just like the photos and descriptions, very complete, all the functional things and in good condition. It has a comfortable garage, with good facilities, instructions that were sent to us and easy to use. Eduardo was in constant communication with us and at our service for whatever we needed, very kind. Surely we will be back!

I usually stay in this neighborhood. This apartment building is one block from the Rambla, so I found myself walking along the Río de la Plata almost every night. You can even see the river from the apartment! The iron and ironing board was a nice bonus (this was a work trip for me). If you stay here, check out the market in the park in front of the building on Saturday mornings. Lots of restaurants and cafés in walking distance. Colleagues who came to pick me up for dinner had no trouble finding the building.

We had a great week, the apartment is very comfortable, well equipped and with a nice ocean view. Cris very friendly, as well as Alexis. Highly recommended!!

My family greatly appreciated this beautiful, large, comfortable and cozy Veronica space, which was very attentive and gentle in all contacts. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired, it is in the best location of Punta, in front of the Marina, ideal for hiking, complete local commerce and great restaurants in the vicinity. We will certainly be back!

The house was absolutely stunning! Paula was an amazing host—responsive, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful old trees that gave it privacy and charm. The home itself was spacious with a wonderful open-concept layout. One of our favorite features was the kitchen dining area, where the large sliding doors opened up to the outdoor patio and pool area—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The backyard ofcourse was the star. The house had a few quirks, as homes sometimes do, but Paula was quick to answer any questions and made everything easy. My family loved our time there and we’ll definitely be back on our next trip down to UY!

Pablo's house is literally SPOTLESS, the photos of the house look nice, but to live it is even better! Both Pablo their owner, and Paola, are wonderful hosts, always attentive to inquiries, very helpful, flexible at check-in. Magazine decorated, with the luxury of a 5-star hotel but with the warmth of a home. Equipped with everything new, spacious, comfortable, clean, neat, with everything you need for your stay and top notch. The huge grill, with firewood to make asado right away and enjoy the cosy garden outdoors. The place is quiet, with permanent security and with the practicality of having in front of one of the best beaches of Arenas de José Ignacio. Kids club 50 meters from the house, with games of Plaza, Tyrolean, Football Canchita, and very nice pool. An immense pleasure as Pablo and Paola received us, thank you totally to both for your hospitality! A house to return whenever we go to José Ignacio, 100% recommended!!

Excellent views. Very comfortable house, with everything you need and excellent equipment. It is located in a very quiet area. It has almost no neighbors and that gives a lot of privacy. We simply love this place! m I felt totally at home. Beautiful Apt, with a breathtaking view of the marina, the spacious and super comfortable bed, rich kitchen in utensils, thick bath towel (different from other airbnb), clean and smelling bedding. In addition, the location is wonderful, two blocks of the market, ice creamer underneath, close to everything. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, we really came out very pleased! I had the feeling that the host thinks of all the details. I can say it was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed!!

I will start with the apartment, comfortable, very well equipped, the description and photos are such what I found . The very nice and well located building, walking access to the boulevard, shopping, bus stop of various lines, restaurant, ice cream shop, pharmacy, butcher and super no more than a 5-minute walk away. Santiago as an excellent host.

Great location with many great restaurants (that stay open late) all around, and very close to the beach as well. Also it was very quiet at night which we were happy to rest well here. A great value in Montevideo and would gladly stay here again.

The apartment has everything it describes and more! Starting with the location and the view that is SPECTACULAR. The photos don't do it justice. Super good accommodation, spacious, nice, excellent view. Super comfortable for 4 people. The only detail is that the location is not convenient for someone who does not have a car for example. Modern and cozy apartment, clean, comfortable, safe area, trip by appointment to the American embassy and it was 4 blocks away, it has a park 3 blocks away, the rambla within walking distance, you just cross the park on foot and you find the tourist bus stop to get to know Montevideo, next to the building there is a bakery, there is also a restaurant nearby.
