This beautiful house right on the dike can accommodate up to 4 people. The centerpiece is the spacious terrace with its breathtaking view of the IJsselmeer. Whether spending time in the sun or watching the numerous surfers, sailing boats or water birds. Everyone really gets their money's worth here. The house was furnished with a lot of love to a high standard. Appliances such as a Bora hob and a Quooker hot water tap were installed in the kitchen. We look forward to seeing you.

Villa in Stavoren - relax!

Enjoy some quiet time in our wonderful luxurious villa in Stavoren, Holland. Stavoren is located about an hour and a half drive north of Amsterdam. There are plenty of water sports possibilities (surfing, kite-surfing, sailing,...) as well as golfing, hiking, bird-watching in the area. A well equipped supermarket is near the centre of Stavoren (about 3 km from the house) which is also reachable by boat. Several good restaurants nearby are reachable on foot or by bike.

beach house Java ruggen 8 makkum, lovely luxury and very spacious 4 person and a unique location, on the beach of the IJsselmeer where you can walk from your terrace so to surf, swim etc. there is a lovely wood-fired Swedish hot tub. further a lovely steam shower and whirlpool bath. near the beautiful Frisian town of Makkum. the house is equipped with underfloor heating and has a cozy gas fireplace. from the living room you have fantastic views over the IJsselmeer.

Knus en comfortabel tiny house nabij de Friese Meren, omringd door paarden, ooievaars en scharrelende kipjes. Hier kun je heerlijk relaxen in de nieuwe sauna, wandelen, fietsen, of huur een bootje. Ik vertel je graag mijn lievelingsplekjes in de buurt. Van leukste horeca-tentjes aan het water tot de mooiste zwemplekjes. Sauna en ijsbad zijn niet bij de prijs inbegrepen en worden apart afgerekend. Prijs €25 voor 4 uur. Update 14 mei: hottub is helaas weg.

Our cozy holiday home is located in a private residential complex determined by water. The 88sqm house was renovated and furnished in May 2020. "Frisian green" has 10 large sun panels on the roof and claims to have all of its energy from the sun next to the stove. The house is ideal for 4 vacationers (max 6 people). The almost 500sqm outdoor area with various dining areas, garden lounge, sauna (2 pers) and outdoor shower invites you to linger and relax.

The family villa is able to host big families and families. A weekend away with grandpa, grandma, children and grandchildren is ideal in this villa. The house is located at Villapark Mooi Gaasterland in a wooded area on the beautiful Rijsterbos and only a 15-20 minute walk to the IJsselmeer.

This national monument from 1750 with a spacious garden and private mooring, is located on the water in Woudsend. A cozy water sports village between the Heegermeer and the Slotermeer. A house that is equipped with all comforts. In the garden, it is wonderful to sit under the umbrella overlooking the boats passing by. Enjoy the peace and quiet in the evening with a drink by the magma garden fireplace. In the barn there is an infrared sauna.
