Nice stay in Urk, Rinke is a super host!

I had a lovely stay here! The place was very clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The host is incredibly warm, welcoming, and friendly—it truly felt like staying with family. The location is a bit remote, so getting around might be a little inconvenient without a car or detailed planning. But if you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet place with a kind-hearted host, this is a wonderful choice.

Mia is the best host we have ever experienced! We would give 100 stars if we could. And her beds are magic as it was the best sleep. She really is the most thoughtful and caring host, the accommodation is so charming and we highly recommend Mia.

We hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad bij Annie en Jaring. Zij zijn heel aardig en servicegericht. Fijn huisje en super tuin om lekker bij te komen van onze wandelingen en uitstapjes. Heel lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt gehad. Aanrader en zeer zeker de moeite waard!

We only stayed for one night but felt right at home. Petra is a very welcoming host.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war wirklich alles da, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Der Kontakt war sehr nett. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr ruhig. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Dankeschön

Janneke is aardig, behulpzaam en belangstellend! Precies gepast! Alles is piekfijn in orde, schoon, netjes en een geweldig bed! In overleg heb ik in de nacht gedoucht, wat voor Janneke ook geen probleem was (ik had dichtbij een feest, met verkleden en groen haar, vandaar de wens om te douchen). Janneke is super begripvol en daardoor voelde ik me enorm thuis. Janneke is een super host! :)

We hebben enorm genoten van dit verblijf. Het is een prachtig huisje met fantastisch uitzicht. Het ontbijt is perfect. Verder hebben wij het contact met Jitske ook als erg prettig ervaren. Tips: ga lekker bubbelen in de jacuzzi, huur fietsen om de omgeving te verkennen en maak een wandeling door het Blotevoetenpad! Wij komen zeker terug 😇

Erg leuke B&B in een rustige omgeving zeker in de zomer moet het hoer prachtig zijn.

Our stay in Giethoorn was absolutely perfect! The little inn we chose was cozy, spotless, and everything we could have hoped for. The location was right on the canal, making it incredibly easy to take the boat out and explore the serene waterways. While the area is quieter in winter, that only added to the charm, creating a peaceful and intimate atmosphere. The highlight of our stay was the incredible hospitality. Our host went above and beyond, preparing delicious and varied home-cooked breakfasts each morning. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the clean and well-equipped kitchen (where my girlfriend and I enjoyed cooking dinner each night) to the excellent water pressure and warmth of the shower—something you truly appreciate during colder months. This was more than just a stay; it was an experience. The warmth, cleanliness, and attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. We can’t recommend this place enough and look forward to our return!

Wir haben uns bei Sharon und Djurre von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie sind besonders freundliche und zugewandte Gastgeber und sind in jeder Hinsicht hilfsbereit und offen für Fragen. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und durch eine großzügige Raumgestaltung sehr wohnlich. Jeden Morgen bereitete Sharon ein üppiges und sehr abwechslungreiches Frühstück zu, das wir sehr genossen haben. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr günstig: Man kann viele interessante Orte und touristische Attraktionen von hier aus leicht und schnell erreichen. Kurzum, wir können die Unterkunft jedem herzlich weiter empfehlen. Christa und Hans

Es ist ein besonderer Ort der mit viel Liebe geführt wird ,mitten in der Natur wo Fuchs und Has' sich gute Nacht sagen.Wir haben im unteren Zimmer geschlafen. Das Frühstück in Saskias Küche /Wohnzimmer war mit viel Liebe zubereitet,sogar frisch gepresster Orangensaft ❤️Die Räumlichkeiten sind außergewöhnlich und Besonders. Wir hatten unsere Räder mit und haben viele schöne Fleckchen Erde in der Umgebung entdeckt(Hoorn❤️) Danke für die schöne Auszeit 💐💫Liebe Grüße Sabine und Hartmut

We hebben een heerlijk pinksterweekend gehad! We hadden ons ingeschreven voor het Buitenkunst Festival Dronten, maar hadden geen zin om daar op het terrein te gaan camperen. Ik zoek altijd op "Superhost" in de AirBNB app en Sonja's B&B was de dichtstbijzijnde. Sonja heeft de Superhost status met vlag en wimpel verdiend! Haar B&B heet niet allen "Hoog in 't Vaandel", maar ligt ook "Hoog in 't Vaandel" (achterin de straat, het Vaandel), maar ze heeft ook gastvrijheid en klantvriendelijkheid "Hoog in 't Vaandel". Het ontbijt was iedere ochtend weer een feest! En iedere ochtend geheel anders: variaties van broodjes, crackers, allerlei soorten kaas, vleesbeleg en zoetbeleg, yoghurt, vla, cruesli, bosbessen, frambozen, aarbeien, kiwi's, mango, gedroogd fruit, pannenkoeken, suikerbrood, krakelingen, ontbijtkoek, spakenburgse koek, koffiebroodjes, bananenbrood, crueslirepen, verse jus, pompelmoensap, flevosap, eitjes etc! We voelden ons zeer verwend! We komen volgend jaar graag terug!

Onverwacht veel ruimte door een bijbehorende keuken/ontbijtruimte die niet door anderen in gebruik is. Prima locatie, fietsen kunnen droog staan in de schuur. Prima ontbijt. Mooi dicht bij Franeker. Aanrader dus.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful room! It was even more stunning and well-organized than the photos. The interior design was tasteful and elegant, with so much attention to detail throughout the house and room — it truly felt special. Located in the heart of nature, it offered the perfect mix of comfort and peace. The apartment was fully equipped — a complete kitchen with tea, coffee, utensils, and thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. There was an optional paid service for meal preparation and snacks, plus a generous complimentary breakfast. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor seating in the backyard garden — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating. Knowing I had to leave early due to travel plans, they kindly woke up at 5 AM to prepare breakfast for me and pack it to-go. That level of care truly stood out. Highly recommended — I’d absolutely love to return!

Herzlichen Dank für den wundervollen Urlaub in Friesland! Wir waren sofort begeistert von Hélène und ihrem wunderschönen B&B. Die ruhige Lage ist perfekt, und in kurzer Zeit sind die Elfstädte bequem mit Fahrrad oder Auto erreichbar. Jeden Morgen wurden wir mit einem köstlichen Frühstück verwöhnt, das keine Wünsche offen ließ. Wir können das B&B uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Tim is een zeer enthousiaste host, die je snel thuis laat voelen. Hij vertelt mooie verhalen over zijn de villa en zijn levensloop. Hij heeft een prachtig huis, een karakteristieke villa (Rijksmonument). Je komt aanrijden over een oprijlaan met een prachtige monumentale boom. De inrichting past bij het karakter van het huis. Het bed was zacht en lag heerlijk.
