Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Daytona Beach

BOOK THIS PLACE !!! I cannot express how impressed I am with this location. Apart from the amazingly accessible location , this home was fully stocked with any & all items/amenities you could possibly need. My family and I travel frequently & this home has definitely made our top 5 list ! Walking distance to the beach ( because with a toddler it is NOT easy ) , peaceful neighborhood , cozy environment & amazing amenities. If this is what you’re looking for then this is the one. We felt right at home in this beautiful comfy house and we’re so grateful for our host’s flexibility & welcoming spirits. We will definitely be back !! 10/10 I definitely recommend.

Was very responsive and accommodating when dealing with the tv and wifi not working, as well as the remote. Got someone out to fix it within an hour! Very clean and cozy place!! The house is on a main side road but has a full fence in front and gate that you can manually open and close to gain more privacy from anyone walking up to the house Also the AC worked great, that’s always a must in Florida. I would stay here again for sure

The home was clean and comfortable. Felt like I was just in my own home. Nice to be able to have use of the garage many places do not offer that. The property is well maintained.

Very nice getaway house — cozy, comfortable, and clean. The backyard and outdoor patio amenities were a great bonus. It was a perfect spot for our team, and we truly appreciated the hospitality. Highly recommend. Thank you again for hosting us!

Firstly, I would have to say cleanliness is the most important part of selecting accommodation. This Airbnb is absolutely spotless !! It has lots of natural light and comfortable stylish furnishings. Just hop Skip and a jump to the beach. There are great shops directly across the street if you need anything such as groceries. Especially enjoyed the hot water outdoor shower. Very handy to eliminate bringing sand in the house, especially if you have children. I found there to be zero road noise :) The house is very secure & smells fresh. A nice touch to the Airbnb was water in the fridge and coffee with a well prepared kitchen supplies. Definitely recommend this cutie. Five stars all the way.

Everything is pretty much on the same road of the house and if not, everything is no more than 20 minutes away. It was honestly a really great place, better than a hotel for sure. Definitely recommend this place for anyone.

I made a mistake when choosing the dates for my trip, and didn’t realize till I showed up. I felt so silly, but reached out to Caio anyway, and he responded almost immediately even though it was late, and he was at an event out of state. He had had a cancellation and competently and graciously accommodate me last minute. I was so grateful! Check-in was easy, and our stay was super relaxed. We really enjoyed the easy access to the private beach. Would totally stay again!

Best AirBnB we have stayed at to date. Amazing location, extremely family friendly. Nice rec area with toys for the kids, and pool table/darts for the adults with lots of lounging. There was so much effort put into this place that we are absolutely coming back very soon solely for this AirBnB

The condo was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you may need. The view from the balcony was amazing! The beach was not crowded. You can’t go wrong with this condo. Ana was a great host & willing to help with any questions you may have. Wonderful stay.

Melissa was very responsive and proactive with any questions or concerns we had. The place was very nice, clean. I will definitely be reaching back out to her when we are back in town.

Lara’s place was perfect for my family! The beds were all super comfortable so that we were able to rest easily. The kitchen was well stocked with nice Ninja nonstick pans, essential spices and more than enough paper products and soaps. In fact, there was plenty of bathroom soaps, body wash, shampoos, conditioner, as well as laundry detergents available. One major bonus was all the nice beach gear in the secondary walk in closet. We were glad to have the extra beach cart and chairs and the large nice boogie boards. There were more than enough beach towels. We also used the cooler and shovel from the room. Although I only had my immediate family in our room, we traveled with our extended family in a group of 21 people. Our group stayed in five condos at Sunrise condominiums and Lara’s place was the envy of our group. We had the nicest furniture and supplies in our room compared with the others. I will absolutely book Lara’s place again next time we are in NSB.

Heather and her husband were wonderful hosts! Everything was perfect. Listing looks just like the pictures and wonderful location! Clear Instructions from check in to check out. They were very responsive and responded to any needs we had as well in a timely manner. Will definitely be back again!

My family and I live here locally and I rented this place for myself and my daughter for 2 weeks for our little getaway. Private, charming apartment, located close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Much better than the picture! The host’s communication was prompt, friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous views in this lovely condo. Comfortable beds, nicely decorated and well stocked kitchen if you want to cook. Pool is nice, and you're right on the beach. Even if you don't want to eat at the Top of the Daytona restaurant on the building's top floor, definitely go up to have a drink and take in the views.

The unit was very clean. The location was perfect for us and I appreciated the underground parking with a designated parking space. The private terrace provided a great ocean view and some protection from the direct sun if needed. The host even provided some snacks when we arrived. I am looking forward to visiting again later this year.

We loved everything about the location. from the accuracy of the listing, closeness of the pool and minute walk to the beach. The full spice rack and grill seasonings were an added bonus for meal prep! within a few minutes drive to markwys and some of the best restaraunts the area has. The Garlic, Taco Shak, Down the Hatch and the General Public House are our faves! we travel the area often and wouldn't hesitate booking this location if available again. thank you for a carefree visit!

Family of 6 (4kids 10 and up) This place is very private. Friendly environment, pools (2 within 5min), pickle ball courts (grab racquets/ball from dollar store). Easy walk to the beach. Jack supplies EVERYTHING. You can relax. Things we didn’t even think of plus more, even a blender was nice touch. I can’t think of anything he could add. Towels, chairs, wagon for beach, boards, buckets/shovels, pods to get laundry done and run dishwasher. It’s these little things that count, that most places fall short. We brought our own shampoo, Keurig pods but Jack has plenty if needed. You can tell he makes sure there’s more than enough. You really feel at home. We needed to measure my son’s height for rides, Jack had measuring tape. The place is so equipped you feel right at home. We highly recommend this place and hope we can return in the future.

This place was spectacular!!! I've stayed at many airbnbs before, but the view from this apartment was literally breathtaking. I loved that you could see the ocean from every room. the place was very clean and there was lots of room for a family of 4. the bed were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. There's lots to do nearby and its located close to the Daytona boardwalk. There is even a restaurant at the top of the building that offers panoramic views of the beach/city. My family and I enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this Airbnb 👌

Kevin and Lori were amazing hosts. The condo is perfect. So relaxing, peaceful, and family-oriented. We loved the ocean view and sitting on the balcony taking in the sights and sounds. Will definitely be visiting again!

A few things stood out: The hosts thought of everything you can possibly need, extra charging cords, fans, lots of plugs, extra blankets, a little goody bag of snacks, wine and a bag of toiletries. Also, provided beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. It’s a studio and had lots of storage, was clean and you can tell the hosts took pride in their listing, we will definitely go back! Thank you for having us and it was a perfect couple of days.
