Waterfront holiday rentals in Daytona Beach

I told you we’d be back—we just couldn’t stay away! This villa is truly something special, and it was the perfect setting for a relaxed family birthday getaway. Coming back felt like coming home. This time around, we got to explore more of the area—some great little local spots and hidden gems we missed the first time. But honestly, nothing beats mornings on the deck with coffee and that ocean view, or winding down with the sound of the waves in the background. The house was just as spotless and well-stocked as we remembered, and Thomas was once again the kindest, most helpful host. It’s rare to find a place that feels both luxurious and easy, but this one nails it.

The exterior didn't match the inside so we were worried but pleasantly surprised. These old folks had a hard time with the microwave being so low to the floor. We had to sit on the floor. We couldnt figure out to get the portable AC unit in the bedroom to get cooler the pool was clean. We would stay again.

My stay was amazing! No issues with the space and the view was incredible. Everything was clean and comfortable. I appreciate the supplies that were available like the beach chairs and blankets. Will definitely be back!

The condo was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you may need. The view from the balcony was amazing! The beach was not crowded. You can’t go wrong with this condo. Ana was a great host & willing to help with any questions you may have. Wonderful stay.

A true hidden gem with a priceless view! Kitchen even came with a full sized stove/oven which you don't find in most places! So nice and handy that the room was easy to find and located right next to the elevator and laundry room which by the way you do not hear from the room. Balcony was large enough to fit 4 chairs easily with a direct ocean view and inside was modern and tastefully decorated and very clean! I highly recommend and will gladly book again!

Melissa’s place was exactly as described! Very clean & tidy, direct access to the beach and walkable to many restaurants / stores. We loved our stay here as we were passing through to Fort Lauderdale!

We have done a yearly beach trip since we got married 13 years ago. We now have a 4 year old and a 8 month old. This is the best place we have stayed in yet. The place was super nice and had everything you could possibly need for an incredible beach trip with or without kids. We will definitely want to stay here again!

We have been to Jeep Beach 3 years now and found Airbnb's. I am also a superhost. This is the only one we have already said we want to come back to because we felt so comfortable and peaceful! You had everything here and it was very relaxing. Even close to the ramp to enter the beach. We couldn't ask for more. I even enjoyed putting my OCD to use and cleaning up but there were no cleaners at hand so I used basic water, dish soap and the broom. Lisa is an excellent administrator and hostess for your team! She is right on top of everything! You couldn't ask for a better leader!!! She contacted me the day before thru text and we were all set! Looking forward to another return! Our stay was wonderful! The photos of the home are accurate and everything was clean and exactly as pictured. Felt very homey and the location is walkable distance to the beach and several restaurants. The master bedroom did get a bit warm but the fans provided did help. We just recommend making sure the bathroom door stays shut so the coolness stays in the room. Jayne was very responsive and checked in on us which was nice! Overall, we had a fabulous experience and would 10/10 stay again.

Pictures don’t do justice to the spaciousness of the house and beauty of the location! We’ve loved coming to Palm Coast for several years and this is by far the best rental we’ve stayed in! We had at least three dolphin sightings in the canal and fishing from the dock was a highlight of mornings and evenings! If you are seeking peace and quiet, look no further!

The house was beautiful and located perfectly for our needs. We spent a lot of time in the house at the pool, enjoying the view and the comforts of the home. We spent one day at the beach which was a 10 minute drive to the boardwalk. We also enjoyed New Smyrna beach which was about a 30 minute drive. I got up early every morning and enjoyed the peaceful sunrise on the dock. I even saw a dolphin! Thanks for the amazing hospitality!

Of all the Airbnbs in any location we’ve used over the years, this one has been my favorite! It’s thoughtfully stocked with everything. Having access to the garage was great for beach days. Its location is perfect for St Augustine. This was our second time visiting St Augustine and I highly recommend this location. It’s a short walk to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. And it’s a close driving distance to restaurants and a reasonable drive to the historic downtown area. Would definitely stay here again.

We had the BEST weekend getaway here! Steve was an amazing host! Everything was easy & stress free & he made sure we had everything we needed! The beds were so comfortable! (And I never say that! Slept amazing!) The view is unbelievable! Having morning coffee on that balcony was EXACTLY the ending to summer I was hoping for! The condos vibe & people were exactly the feel you pray for on vacation, super friendly, easy going, family friendly. The beach was perfect. Access perfect. Local perfect. The pool was the cherry on top. You can literally lay at the pool and listen to the ocean. It’s perfect. Elevators fast & never congested. Smart TV logged into tv accounts easily. Two separate rooms was so nice to keep sun out for sleeping. Would 10/10 stay again.

This place is ON the beach, so easy to get to and the host is absolutely amazing to work with. I would stay here every time

the building itself is a little dated in the upstairs areas but the room itself is nice. they have extra amenities to enjoy the beach like boogey boards. there was extra lotion bandages, footballs, a whole bunch of random stuff to use. towels were provided, a good amount too. the only thing that was weird was I wasn't told about the parking g fee of 10 bucks a day or about having to take out the trash at the end before booking only after. it wasn't a huge deal but I wasn't aware. all and all it was a good place to stay at. and checking in wasn't that bad it was easy to find and get to.

Place very clean, beautiful view from balcony. Very close to everywhere. Nice and quiet. Definitely recommend. Great for small families.

Incredible host’s. The one time I had to call, (I blew a fuse) they responded in literally minutes. It was a wonderful stay and we were so lucky with our beautiful beach view. Would be happy to return!
