Cottage holiday rentals in Daylesford - Hepburn Springs

Nice little cottage in the bush. Freezing cold when we arrived (no surprise, it's winter), but the fire eventually warmed the whole house up.

The house is clean and peaceful, beautifully located by the lake. It’s especially delightful to take a stroll at sunset. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to visit again in the future.

A little oasis perfectly situated next to the Botanic Gardens! Heaps of space for a couple, plus a beautiful veranda out the back. The spa was a treat! Would stay again.

Fabulous spot to stay. Very comfortable and the hosts were thoughtful to have the place cool prior to check in for us on what was a very very hot day.

Beautiful little area, easy to find and clear check-in instructions, the spa was the perfect temperature, very clean and the perfect distance from town to be walkable but also nice and quiet and very private. The only issues we had was a lack of sponge or cloth to wash the dishes with but aside from that it was well worth it, I highly recommend

This was my third stay and it just keeps getting better. The converted shed is absolutely stunning – rustic, full of character, and incredibly well put together. The wood fire creates such a warm, cozy vibe, and the quality of the space is second to none. It’s the perfect country escape – peaceful, beautifully styled, and in an ideal location. Clearly a lot of love has gone into creating this space. One of my favourite Airbnb stays, and I’ll definitely be back again.

We had a great stay at Daylesford Country Retreats. The accommodation was just as described and as per the photos. The beautiful scenery around the property made our stay so peaceful. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you for having us!

Great place especially with the fur babies and they were welcomed! Stephanie was a great communicator and always on hand if you needed something ! Very private regardless of the number of cottages on site! We will be back ❤️

A beautiful place to stay in the centre of town! Close to the theatre and many places to eat and drink. A comfortable, warm cottage with everything we needed and more. Check in was seamless and communication excellent. Would highly recommend.

This is our second stay at Andy and Pauls place. It was just as awesome as our first stay. The place is clean, warm, comfortable and well thought out. We felt right at home within the beautiful surroundings of Daylesford.

Ellen and Kevin’s place is really gorgeous and full of character. They go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. The wood fire is so atmospheric and cosy. They natural surroundings are so relaxing. I highly recommend!

Mistwood is just off the main street but feels a world away given it’s down a steep drive and surrounded on by natural bush land. The house is very comfortably, cozy and homely with everything you need for a long weekend. My only issue was the weather was so bad all weekend I didn’t get to use the outdoor bath! Nicole was an excellent host too.

Molly and I had a lovely stay in Seane and Jo’s granny flat! The farm is lovely, we pet the horses and had a wander. The room was cosy, clean and comfortable with all the utilities you need for a cost friendly getaway :) Highly recommend! 🙌

A gorgeous, characterful old cottage - just as pictured and wonderfully thought out/ decorated. The kitchen was the standout for me - could not fault it and it just felt so homey. Beds were comfy and toasty warm- we all slept well. Off street parking was fabulous and the area was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The fire was very cosy and the place was well equipped. We'd recommend bringing a computer or tablet if you want to stream movies or TV shows as the TV is only free to air. The loft bedroom gets very warm once the fire is on so we found it was good to keep the windows open upstairs. Thanks Anna for a great stay.

Ari & Chanelle’s home was the perfect cozy AirBnB for our long weekend. The house had everything we needed: a spacious fireplace, wine and cheese and my personal favorite—the vintage record player. Every detail was well thought out, making it a very relaxing getaway.

Tranquillo was a beautiful cottage. Walking distance to the Main Street where it was bustling with cafes, restaurants, antiques, homewares etc. we took our bikes and rode most of the tourist places and walked up for dinner and breakfast every day. The cottage was clean, tidy, quiet and comfortable. We will definitely be back again. Thank you Rebecca for an amazing stay at your cottage.

We had a delightful stay at Wombat Cottage! The accommodation was clean, warm, cosy, and welcoming, with all the extra touches needed for a super comfortable stay. A perfect balance of a lovely peaceful location in walking distance to Daylesford township. Our hosts Maddy and Rob were fantastic to deal with. We loved our time at Wombat Cottage and highly recommend!
