Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Davis

This 2 bedroom unit is in a great location. It has a ton of space to stretch out. Our host Ariana was very responsive to our needs. The check in was super easy, and the amenities were great.

This was the perfect home base for our trip to Davis. The location is close to great local businesses, and the space had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We’d happily stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was extremely kid friendly, which was so nice. My 3 year old felt right at home. Check in was super easy and everything was clean. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd be happy to stay again!

How I love this house! I stayed there for a week in May & I didn't want to leave! It was fabulous to open the backyard gate & instantly find yourself walking on the huge, shady, Greenbelt right from this house all the way to downtown restaurants, concert halls, shopping, & the gorgeous 5-mile-long Arboretum on the UC Davis campus! There's never a need to take risks crossing a street, as the Greenbelt's underpasses & overpasses keep bikers & pedestrians safe! This house has all the amenities you need to be comfortable & to wish you never have to leave!

All I can say is that it’s a great house. It makes me feel like it’s my home.

My one day stay was nothing short of exceptional! Joseph and team were really on top of it with clear instructions on how to access the space and communication in general. I will sure consider booking every time I return to the city of Davis. Thanks for being great hosts! It was an absolute pleasure ☺️

This is one of the best equipped Airbnb’s I have had the pleasure of staying at. It truly felt like a home and everything we could think of was provided. The amenities (obviously the pool and jacuzzi, but also the kitchen equipment and spice rack) made for an amazing stay and we would love to return for a visit at this property.

The place was absolutely immaculate and I’m so happy that they let me stay. They were incredibly accommodating and the place is gorgeous.

I had a great time at this location. The host was great and it had a lot of things there I did not need to worry about. It was walking distance to some restaurants, local entertainment, and coffee shops. I am definitely choosing this place when I come back to Sacramento.

This place was Amazing for a quick trip to Sacramento! I loved the coffee shop that I walked to every morning during my stay and it was easy to get to my destinations since it was all in proximity so I didn’t have to burn gas as much ! Definitely keeping this place as my go to the next time I go to Sacramento! Host was great Place was spotlesss !

This apartment was perfectly located one block from where my dad resides in assisted living. The bed was super comfy as was the sofa! I will definitely be returning!

Absolutely loved staying here! Hosts were very responsive and incredibly kind. The location was great, my friend and I walked to several restaurants. We truly enjoyed relaxing outside and their leather couch is incredibly comfortable. If you want to play the pinball machine make sure you bring plenty of quarters! Lovely bathroom but if you are a self conscious person might be beneficial to bring some poo-pourri. Dish rack and rags are under the sink for easy storage. If you are Door Dashing food be very clear with your delivery instructions haha Thanks again for letting us stay in your lovely home! It was perfect!

We loved our time here. The condo is a great location at the start of Silverado Trail, an easy drive to many wineries. It is also a short drive to downtown Napa. We visited for a wedding and Matt was very helpful and accommodating with all our questions. We hope to stay here again next time we visit Napa!

One of my best Airbnb experiences to date! Erin was incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. The apartment is stylish, comfortable, and impeccably clean—so much so that I joked with my husband it was even cleaner than my recent stay at a SoCal Hyatt. We absolutely loved it and would happily stay again!

Krista's condo is truly chic. The photos represented the condo beautifully which is not always the case with other airbnbs we have stayed at! Everything was perfect and we would stay again in a second!

This was a perfect stay for our perfect getaway!! Kristina was so kind and responsive to any questions or requests we had! The place was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a long weekend!! The outdoor patio was a bonus with a large round table and fire pit in the middle! Our stay was wonderful! Scott and Rebecca are amazing hosts who were very accommodating- we were traveling with a young kiddo and they were kind enough to ask about a pack n play and even organized a high chair (which we forgot to ask about). The place was very easy to find and super walkable to restaurants, cafes, and the Riverwalk. The apartment is exactly as described and pictured.

inside of the house is nuce and cosy. outside is a bit noisy and quite far from Auburn. a car is a must.
