Mill House Cottage in rural setting, come visit!

Escape from the hustle and bustle at Mill House Cottage. Originally built 1898-1911, loved & cared for ever since. Originally built for one of the Erwin Mills managers. After World War II, textile mills began to consolidate or move overseas, and the Erwin Mill in Cooleemee was impacted. In the 1950s, Erwin originally sold controlling interest of their mills to Abney Mills of South Carolina. 1962, control of the mills changed hands to Burlington Industries. Cooleemee is rich in history.

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars at this rustic A-frame nestled away in the woods bordering a natural spring fed creek. Enjoy food from the grill followed with s'mores by the fire pit. Lift the side wall up with ease to expand your space out onto the deck and immerse yourself into nature. Relax in the hammock that overhangs the creek and be on the lookout for wildlife such as deer, turkey, squirrels & rabbits as they frequent the area. (More photos coming soon!)

Our cozy farm cabin is tucked away in a secluded area of our 50 acre horse farm, surrounded by nature; and well supplied with all the essentials for a comfortable stay for a night or a week! Hiking trails directly accessible from the cabin. Enjoy beautiful woods, creeks and picnic areas; pet the horses and miniature donkeys; or just relax by the fireplace, or bonfire with your favorite beverage. Finish your day with a deep sleep on super comfy premium bedding and linens.

Welcome to the "Bee Happy" a self-check in retreat for anyone needing a clean, peaceful retreat to rest a weary head, visit locally or just get away from it all. Pets are always welcome and are as pampered as our guests (Please read our important Pet Policy below). Our large, private outdoor deck is complete with a small side yard and fenced for your pet's safety. Our neighborhood is beautiful, secluded and in a perfect location that is close to I-40, Parks, restaurants.

Little Log Roost

Get away from it all when you stay at Little Log Roost. Located on a small farm in Davie County Mocksville NC. This a great location close to historic Salisbury, Spencer Train Museum, BB&T Ball fields. This is a wonderful place to come disconnect from the chaos and reconnect with nature. Enjoy cooking (flat top) and dinning in the outdoor kitchen and patio area, kick back in the air conditioned cabin or relax near the fire at night. There are NO pets allowed.

Come stay in our historic, cozy tobacco barn. Set on a woodsy family farm dating back to the 1930's. Newly repurposed with a fully furnished kitchen and living area on the main floor. Bedroom and bath on second floor with outdoor deck space perfect for a glass of wine in the evening. Covered patio with fire pit provides a peaceful place to relax anytime and enjoy the pretty country setting.
