Back Porch was my favorite spot in the morning, birdsong and coffee. practically a bird sanctuary. well appointed kitchen and bathroom. Living areas spacious and comfortable. Bedrooms clean and comfortable.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home. Nice home, very clean, clear instructions on how to check in and out. I would recommend this home to anyone staying in the area.

I stayed at Kumi’s place for one night on my way back from a seminar with my working cadaver dog. After a week of working, it was just the relaxing space we needed! I wish we’d had time to stop for more than just a night, I will absolutely be visiting again when it’s warm enough for the pool to be open. The hot tub was delightful for my sore muscles and the shower was super nice. The plants were such a nice surprise and made me feel at home. Kumi was an excellent host and K9 Duke gives her place 4 paws up

My friend and I loved our stay at Chris’s place. It was quiet, peaceful, and just what we needed to relax. The location is a very safe neighborhood, where we felt even comfortable getting out and taking a walk. Chris was super responsive to all of our inquiries. Best of all, this place is pet friendly! We hope to return soon.

Beautiful home in a great location! Our family of 5 was very comfortable staying here. The neighborhood was quiet, the home was spacious and had everything we needed, and the outdoor areas were lovely. Check in and check out were very easy and the host was a great communicator. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home for a family weekend trip. It is incredibly peaceful, we loved spotting the cows whenever we could. Lynn is a wonderful host, she was very helpful with our stay ensuring it was smooth & even kindly provided some goodies for us to enjoy during. I highly recommend a stay here, we look forward to coming back in the future!

This is the second time we have stayed at Heaven on the Hill and we enjoyed it as much as the first! Very quiet and peaceful; easy to relax. Hosts are wonderful and very helpful. We look forward to our next visit!

Wow, what a location right by the lake! We absolutely loved this accommodation. its tastefully decorated, calm, peaceful and private. the living space is sociable and the front porch allows you to enjoy the view of the lake, the birds and just the wonderful peaceful atmosphere. there are kyaks and paddle boards and a beautiful dining area on the jetty. Comfortable beds, pretty linen, great bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen make it feel top end. Clearly this place is loved by the owner and we recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil stay. we came to Charlotte for the Speedway but we're so happy we got out of town to explore the countryside and enjoy Lake Norman. Downtown Moorseville is about 20 mins away and was a lovely place for a bit if shopping and some nice coffee ☕️ Thank you Patricia. we highly recommend your beautiful place at Tranquility Cove x

I have now stayed at Enola’s place twice and it remains one of the best Airbnbs I have booked! The high ceilings, wooden floors, and large windows are a great addition to such a beautiful space. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. The amenities are top notch as well. Most importantly, these are some of the best and most helpful hosts you will encounter. I can’t recommend this place enough.

I can’t say enough great things about this place and the host. Elizabeth was friendly and responsive and the place had many great amenities. Loved the outdoor space. Comfortable and peaceful. The bed was also comfortable and private with good blinds and curtains to keep out the light. The kitchen had everything we need to cook a fabulous meal.

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. Our stay was the perfect space for us to rest and relax while we were visiting our family. Despite being June the weather was a little too chilly to enjoy swimming. My favorite morning and evening spot was in the porch swing by the pool. There are friendly hosts and then there are Jill and her family. They were so gracious and made sure we had everything we needed. Quick to answer any questions but ensured we had our privacy too. We have never enjoyed our hosts as much as the brief time we spent chatting with Jill and her husband. There are lots of books, board games, and little amenities like a towel warmer in the bathroom. We had coffee for our mornings and bottled water already in the refrigerator when we arrived- nice after a long drive. We were gone most of the day but arriving at night and having the pool area lit up was so inviting. When we find our way back to the area we hope to find her property available so we can stay again.

We had stayed here previously. This time we found it to be just as nice as the first time. The place was clean and comfortable and the fact that the local restaurants & brewery are walkable is fantastic. We will be back next year.

It was a lovely place, clean and quiet. I did not like that we didn’t have full access to everything and the front desk seemed not to know we were renting. Other than that I would highly recommend it. Place is clean, looks like pictures and close to a lot of stuff.

This is a gorgeous property that’s even better in person. We loved the rambling layout, extra large rooms, and hand-built everything. (Windows, closets, bathrooms, 3” thick solid doors). The craftsmanship was super impressive and the decor is really well-done. The bookshelves were filled with many of my favorite authors and the cozy vibes and many comfy armchairs and lamps meant that reading breaks were frequently taken. We hope to be able to stay at the lovely property again.

Mena is such a great host! The cabin had everything you could possibly need, all the necessary small appliances you could ever use, well stocked spice tray plus much more! Not to mention, the cabin is decorated so perfectly and the deck is extremely inviting to just sit and read or just enjoy the view of the lake. The dock is perfect for sun-bathing or fishing. Perfect getaway. I will be back!

Easy checkin, lovely cabin and responsive host. Peaceful and quiet getaway.

Jason’s place is perfect for a short getaway. You can see the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains while you’re enjoying the outdoor hot tub. The place is small but very well maintained and thoughtfully designed. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our time here. To note for those who are not from this area, there might be some bugs. I recommend bringing bug spray with you. Yet I was able to enjoy the place with a peace of mind despite my serious bug phobia. So it’s absolutely fine for ordinary people. Highly recommend!

This was my 2nd visit to the Klump's cabin, and certainly won't be my last. The pictures and description of this site fail to do it justice, as words and images cannot fully convey the sense of peace just being here brings. And then there's all the "little things" that Gene & Connie provide and do that add so much. Little touches inside and out that just add to the rustic charm, yet modern convenience. Snacks, drinks, magazines to read, firewood cut, split, and stacked ready for use. And there's my favorite feature: the outdoor shower. Isolated, yet close enough in to enjoy the benefits of the city. If you need to sit a spell, breathe, and just relax, this is the place you need to go. Thank you, Connie & Gene!

We had such a wonderful stay here. The rental is very nice and the fenced in backyard with a fire pit was definitely a bonus. Everything was super clean and Eric was very kind and helpful. Next time we are in the area we will definitely stay here again.

WOW! What and absolutely beautiful location, the property is pristine. The cabin has everything you would ever need and we felt right at home and were able to relax! Would love to stay again in the future, highly recommend.

Lovely cabin home, matching decor, fully stocked, comfy mattresses, and great amenities. Felt private but was close to extracurricular activities we had planned (spa, winery, steakhouse). Enjoyed the hot tub and wanted to have smores at the firepit (compliments of the host!) but the windy weather made a fire unsafe. Maybe next time!
