Holiday rentals with a pool in Davenport

The home was clean and spacious! We had 7 adults with lots of space for everyone! The thematic rooms are incredible! The host responded so quickly to every question I had! The resort is a very nice added bonus to enjoy! I highly recommend this property!

The place was great, it was amazing. Definitely recommend. I would say to leave more as a starter like trash bags toilet paper ect as please note if I had stayed in hotel for this price that would be done daily. But that’s a suggestion it didn’t leave a bad taste in my mouth. Loved the place location and neighborhood. The host were super on top of all questions.

Beautiful condo. The kids loved the water park and lazy river. Can’t wait for my next Disney trip and book the same condo.

Simply put, Joshua & Megan’s home is PERFECT. It’s beautiful, well equipped & what the listing doesn’t show, is that there are essentially 3 master suites, making it a perfect home for several different families to stay comfortably! The pool is large, and what drew us to it was the large pool ‘deck’ inside the fence. As a renter visiting with my five year old it was important for me to be able to be inside the fence while my daughter was in the pool and Joshua & Megan’s setup provided that perfectly! Their home is in a beautiful residential area, close to a grocery store and anything else you might need on the fly! Joshua responded within minutes to any message I had, although once I arrived, there was nothing I even needed them for! We will absolutely be back to stay in their home!

We had such a great time staying at Michael’s place! Our five teenagers were never bored with all of the fun amenities! The kids had a great time with the karaoke machine, arcade games and outdoor area! My husband and I love coffee, so we really appreciated the coffee bar and supplies that were provided. The house was beautiful and Michael was extremely responsive. We would stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is wonderful, very comfortable, well equipped and the hostess was very kind and helpful in meeting all our needs. We had a small problem with the air conditioning, but the hostess quickly sent someone from the team to fix it and we didn't have much trouble. The gym wasn't as close as we thought and only opened at 9am, so we ended up not being able to use it much. Overall our stay was wonderful and we will definitely recommend the house to our friends and are interested in returning.

Pictures don’t do this home justice! I was so impressed when I walked in. The living area is huge. The master bedroom and bathroom were both spacious. The two other bedrooms were nice sizes as well. Plenty of seating both inside and out for our family of four. After busy days in the park, we enjoyed the pool and spa and watching movies. The home was clean and well stocked. Communication was great, and host reached out before and during our stay to ask if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at Jennifer’s place. The home was good and the location was perfect for our Disney trip - it was about a 20 - 30 minute drive depending on traffic and which park we were going to. Jennifer was also very responsive to our needs and provided clear instructions that helped us navigate the entire process. I would absolutely stay at this place again as it was worth the price.

Ana was always super responsive, and incredibly flexible and helpful with the apartment's vehicle registration when my flight was delayed past the front office being closed.

The accommodation is as described and even better. With easy access to the highway directly to Universal and Disney. The check-in instructions were also very clear, making the check-in process easy. It was sparkling when we entered and had everything you needed to cook and feel at home. It is spacious and ideal for 5 people Ellis was very responsive to our questions and always answered immediately. We would definitely choose it again to return! Thank you!!

Our family had a great stay! Close to Disney and suited our family well. Many restaurants and a Publix super close by. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

I enjoyed my stay here so much. The apartment was so cute and cozy, super clean and spacious. It is in a gated property so itself safe and overall a great location. If and when I am back in town, I will definitely stay here again.

We really liked staying here during our Disney vacation. It’s about 20-25 minutes from the parks. Condo was clean, well stocked, and very quiet in the area. Bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. 2 pools/hot tubs close to unit as well as splash pad.

Would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone ! We had an amazing time and felt so safe and comfortable. There was everything we needed and lots of amenities on the property. Very responsive host and will be staying again in future

This property was very nice and matched the photos to a T. The house was spotless & very spacious. The renovated design was modern and the themed rooms were perfectly executed. The only downside was the check-in process at the gate, but after a quick phone call, the issue was resolved. I absolutely loved the space. 10/10.

This house was ideal for our weekend. Everything we needed was provided, and the extras pillows, towels, and toiletries were a nice touch. The pool water heater was a great addition, making the water perfect for the time of year ($10 a day was worth it) . We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

I can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb – it was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The space was spotless, nicely decorated and had every amenity we could have possibly needed (and then some!). It truly felt like a home away from home, with thoughtful touches throughout that made our stay extra special. The host was communicative welcoming and very helpful!

This home is just at pictured. Has everything you’ll need. Grill and propane being available on site were a very nice bonus. Hot tub and heated pool were fantastic after walking all day. Host was amazing and communication was very quick. Highly recommend this place and location

Pictures shown is exactly how the place looks. Felt secure in the neighborhood. Plenty of amenities. Pool and hot tub was a plus. Game room was also a plus for the little ones.

They house is exactly like described and had a lot of room. The cleaning could be a bit better, but they apparently had a very short turn-around. Be prepared to have parties going on around you. They do not enforce the noise ordinance at midnight like they should. We were not their to party, so this did have an affect on some of our guests. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Edward is a super host for a reason. He always returned my emails and texts. When we needed something he was sure to get it to us. He made us feel comfortable about this purchase from the very beginning.
