Rachel’s place is very cozy and clean, with magnificent and relaxing view of Davao City. Walking distance to church, mall, restaurants, and hospital. We welcomed 2025 in her place, and we were able to witness the fireworks display from IGACOS. Her place is so homey, everything you need is here, looked exactly like the picture she posted. Ms Rachel is very accommodating and maam Susan as well. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place to our family, we were able to bond and relax. Ready for 2025! Happy New Year!

We had a great stay. Everything was smooth from start to finish. The place is cozy, clean, and exactly what we needed for a quick getaway. Sofia was really accommodating and responsive, which made things super easy. Definitely a spot I’d recommend.

Centrally located downtown, the unit was clean and well maintained. Good views. The building was nice but the gym was sparse. The unit is downtown so it was noisy from the trafic, and we happened to. E there for Easter so the church loud speakers ran all day. I would recomend this Airbnb to anyone the place was good just be aware of the small drawbacks to the central location. Brenda responded quickly to us and the reception desk was also helpful. If you hang a left out the front door you have easy access to taxi or jeepany.

The place was great, except that the kitchen sink would sometimes give a nauseating odor whenever I use it. Would definitely still consider booking here again on my next visit because the place is safe with several security guards around the area 24/7. So easy to get around, and so easy to get picked-up or have food delivered. There's also a convenience store that's open 24/7 right across the street. Glad I stayed here on my first visit to Davao.

Second time in this unit, still satisfied!

I really enjoyed my 5 nights stay in Davao. The place is conveniently near restaurants, coffee shops, convenient stores and mall. I especially like that the owner is very accommodating and that the unit is furnished with appliances, including iron and blower and the wifi connection is strong. All in all, I’d stay here again and would recommend this place to friends.

I have to say this place was wonderful, felt safe thanks to the reassurance the host kept on giving me, and how quick they where to respond and once there was the smallest problem they didn't hesitate to help, loved the place and highly recommend this host.

Jerome was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect trip. The location was fantastic, with easy access to SM EcoLand. Wonderful Stay! We had a fantastic time staying at this condo! The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as pictured. The bed was super comfortable. The location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, but still quiet and peaceful. Check-in was a breeze, and the host was incredibly responsive and friendly. We loved One Oasis complex but particularly the specific location of this unit. We will be back...but it really HAS to be Raquel's place every time.

Genevieve's condo was very nice! comfortable bed, and in a nice complex. I never felt the need to lock the door when I went out. Nice landscaped surrounding, Around 4 polite security guards at the front entrance, with 1 at the building entrance. Excellent grounds keepers, and outstanding maid for the condo. The swimming pool was impeccable. Genevieve was responsive when texting inquiries. Excellent alternative then a expensive hotel. Thank you Genevieve!
