Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Davao de Oro

Arno's place greatly exceeded our expectations. He communicated with me regularly leading up to our stay, and he was waiting for us when our ferry arrived at Samal to drive us to his place, which is a little off the beaten path (a very good thing). I don't think Arno's pictures fully do his place justice. It's lush, immaculately landscaped, and well planned out, with paths leading to each of the homes, swimming pool, and clubhouse. The house we stayed in (Mars, you'll notice a theme) was well stocked, spotless, and had cold AC in the bedrooms. Our young nephew really enjoyed the pool, and we enjoyed the beautiful and peaceful surroundings. We opted to have Arno's staff prepare our meals, which were all great. Arno's wife took us on a tour of the island, including waterfalls, Kaputian Beach, and the famous bat caves. Arno, his wife, and their staff were all wonderful and made us feel at home. I highly recommend Arno's place to anyone looking for a quiet escape from the city.

it's our 2nd time here in this cozy house,they have there own solar panels Incase there's a sudden brown out. Very accommodating and responsive as well .

For people who loves snorkeling, this is the place to be. Also, lyn is the best cook considering our vegetarian diet she manages to make us awesome dinner and breakfast. Thanks so much! Will different coming back.

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

Our Samal tour was even more memorable because of the place we stayed in. It was clean and the vibe was very welcoming even the care taker. The amneties is complete and kung ano ang sinabi sa descrition yun talaga ang house. I would really reco the place!!! 💛

The place is perfect especially for those looking for a quiet getaway. It’s also an ideal location for large groups or families who prefer separate rooms, as it offers four bedrooms. My family truly enjoyed our stay and we felt like at home away from home. I would also like to highlight Ate Genlove, who was very accomodating and friendly. We will definitely want to return to this place on our next trip to Samal.

Host is responsive as well as staff. No strict rules about checking in and check out. Place is 2-3 mins away from high way.

Provided a transportation to us which is very convenient since we arrived 12am in the barge. Ms. Naomi and her team are very accommodating as well! Will definitely go back here and suggest to my friends!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft von Rudi und Annabel und wären gerne länger geblieben! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Generell schaut die Unterkunft live viel besser aus als auf den Fotos, was eine schöne Überraschung war. Wenn man also nicht ein Hotel möchte, dann ist diese Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen, da sie sehr auf europäische Standards ausgelegt ist. Die Kommunikation mit Rudi verlief bestens, obwohl er in Deutschland ist. Er hat uns vor allem wertvolle Tips zur Anreise gegeben, hier vor allem von Davao aus. Da das Haus nicht unmittelbar an der Hauptstraße liegt, ist es vor allem nicht so laut. Ringsherum gibt es zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, bei denen wir von Rudis Expertise profitieren konnten. Danke Rudi und seinem Schwager vor Ort, der fürs Check-In/ Check- Out zuständig war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
