We had a wonderful time staying at Rudi and Annabel's place and would have liked to stay longer! The room was very clean and there is everything you need. In general, the place looks much better live than in the photos, which was a nice surprise. So if you don't want a hotel, then this place is highly recommended as it is very European standards. Communication with Rudi went well, although he is in Germany. He especially gave us valuable tips on how to get there, especially from Davao. Since the house is not located directly on the main road, it is above all not so noisy. There are numerous excursion options all around, where we were able to benefit from Rudi's expertise. Thank you Rudi and his brother-in-law on site, who was in charge of check-in/check-out. We felt very comfortable!

A-okay room with very hospitable and friendly host. Aircon is cold even at minimum temp so the room is only warm when it's off. Relaxing ambiance and lots of good places to eat and buy things you need

Highly recommended staying for 2nights was so amazing. The place is so beautiful and my favorite off all there high class service.

Great stay clean and comfortable. Only feedback I have is that upon arrival one is made to sign a 2/3 page contract which includes a list of all items in the house and cost to replace it. Ofcourse after a long travel the guest will not be interested to check the list of items in the house to confirm it is actually there before signing. I signed because i was tired and wanted to rest. Checkout was smooth.

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve experienced. The location is in a peaceful residential area, providing both security and tranquility. A major plus is the private garage, which comfortably fits a pickup vehicle—a top priority for us. The apartment itself is spacious, and to my surprise, the sofa bed was actually quite comfortable for sleeping. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials, making meal prep easy. Water pressure was also excellent, which is impressive given that this is in Tagum. A special shoutout to the caretaker, who was exceptionally accommodating and made our stay even more reassuring.

I definitely recommend this place! It offers a spacious area at a great price. Compared to other homes I've stayed in here in Tagum City, this one stands out. While others may be okay, the space is often limited—especially if you're traveling with kids. Most are fine for two people but not ideal for four. This place, however, is clean, safe, and family-friendly. Plus, the ample parking space is a big bonus. Overall, it's the best place to stay in the area! And the rocking chair? Hahahaha you'll know how comfy the chairs are!

If you want to have a private and secluded place, then this is one if your option. The only downside is the beach during low tide, and thats we decided to go to a public beach almost 1 hr drive.

I planned a quick getaway to Samal Island after a tiring semester, hoping to recharge. I’m so glad I came across this unit. From the moment I saw the listing photos, I had a feeling I’d love the place, and it truly didn’t disappoint. Upon arrival, I immediately felt at home. The unit is cozy, spacious, clean, and has that relaxing vibe I was looking for. It’s thoughtfully equipped with helpful instructions and reminders, which made everything easier. I especially appreciated the hot shower, perfect for warm night baths, and the study-friendly setup, which made it tempting to extend my stay just to review for an upcoming exam. The TV with YouTube access, microwave, electric kettle, and fridge added extra convenience, even though cooking isn’t allowed yet. This place played a big part in making my Samal trip a peaceful and refreshing experience. Thank you so much, Ma’am Clyte! I’ll definitely be back. I recently stayed at this modern and cozy studio from March 29 to 31, and I highly recommend it! The new apartelle is super clean and located in a peaceful area. The studio is cute and aesthetic, with classy decor and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host and caretaker were very responsive and attentive, making my experience even better. Plus, it’s conveniently near Robinson Mall and other establishments. Overall, a fantastic place to stay—I can’t wait to return!
