Holiday rentals with a patio in Datça Mahallesi

Everything was as described in the explanations and as shown in the photos. Mr. Levent's communication and approach were very good and helpful. The house is in a very central location, so you can get anywhere by car. It was also very close to the bus station. However, since it is on a small hill, transportation to the house requires climbing uphill. It can be exhausting without a vehicle, but with a vehicle, you can stay without any problems and with sufficient parking facilities.

A great environment where we felt at home was prepared. It was a pleasure to spend time with quick feedback about our needs and helpful and friendly hosts in everything. Nice family business. Thank you for everything.

We had a slightly windy but very nice holiday in September. We are very satisfied with the calmness of the bays and the beauty of the sea. The host was always interested at check-in and during the holiday and responded quickly to all our questions and was helpful. The host had a big share in creating our vacation program, ensuring that we had an efficient holiday. The garden of the house was completely ours and we were very comfortable . The house was also spotless . I recommend it, you can book without thinking. Happy holidays

Mr. Egemen gave information about the house and the environment. Everything was the same as in the photo in this house where we stayed for 3 nights. Great location, 5-15 minutes drive from everywhere. Parking available, quiet neighborhood. The house was spotless, all the materials needed were thought out in detail. Garbage bag, toilet paper, washing machine There was even cleaning paper, detergent, sponge, soap, fresh towels and sheets. There was even cooking paper:) which we would bring with us every time, we were surprised to see:) A house that I can definitely recommend to everyone.

We loved and comfortable in this house where we stayed between August 21-26,everything was already very new and immaculate, those who care a lot about cleanliness can experience this place without thinking, we had a very sweet aunt and wife who helped us when we needed it. In the process of reaching the house, Tahsin Bey did not miss her communication. You can get to the Palamutbükü coast, which I have come once before, in 10 minutes by car and you can get your grocery needs. In this extremely quiet and serene house at night, you can also see the stars and enjoy the fragrant nature.

The house was really nice and clean. It was exactly like the photos and the view and balconies were very nice and enjoyable. The beds and pillows were comfy. The kitchen supplies were quite sufficient and the quality of the white goods was very nice. The filter coffee machine was a life saver. The location is a 10-minute drive from the beach and free municipal parking on the beaches makes transportation super easy. However, if you come directly from the location with navigation, you put it on the village road at the datça entrance and thinks it is shorter and shows a road that is not, so care should be taken to go inside the datça when you go. In short, we enjoyed staying in this house very much.

It was an absolutely immaculate place, I was incredibly satisfied, and the hosts were very sweet and helpful, and if I went to Datca against us, I would prefer it without thinking again 🙂‍↔️

We stayed at Mr. Onur's house for 4 nights and we were very satisfied. It was obviously better than we expected. First of all, the location of the house is very good, you can easily reach the most beautiful bays in a place. If nightlife is not your priority, it makes much more sense than staying in the center of Datça. The house was very clean and everything was considered up to the refrigerator bags when we entered. Thank you.

Ms. Tuğba is an understanding and open-minded host. When we mentioned things that could be considered negative from the customer's point of view, he/she understood. For example, the basic need in the kitchen was the lack of oil, but Ms. Tugba will solve such small things. Apart from that, we had no problems with cleaning, security, transportation, etc. We stayed very comfortably for 5 people. He was very understanding during the check-in and check-out times. We were very satisfied in general. The location is also very nice. I recommend the nearest pebble beach, for example. Thank you for everything, Ms. Tugba. Apart from minor things, we enjoyed it very much. I recommend it.

Yasemin was an amazing host. She was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. The villa was lovely and new, clean and very well designed. The swimming pool was great too. We had a lovely few days and would definitely recommend staying here.

We went as a family of 8, we felt like we were in our own home for 1 week. Mr. Burak was very helpful by answering our questions instantly. About the house; the house is very nice, and well-maintained. It has air conditioning in every room, the rooms are clean and well maintained, the garden and the pool are equally clean and well maintained. There are grocery stores nearby in the same way 5-10 minutes by car to Palamutbükü. Great vacation overall, would definitely recommend to anyone!

We were greeted with a smile by Mr. Gurur's mother and father, Mr. Suat. Both Mr. Pride and his family were immediately helpful whenever we needed them. There was a storm in the area for 1 day when we were going, there was a power outage, so we had to use the fireplace. We had no trouble supplying wood. We also provided village eggs from their neighbors Ms. Vahide every day. She's a very nice chat lady. It was a stay experience where we made very good memories. Thank you so much.

We had a great break at Gizem’s apartment. We were met by her Mum and Dad who were lovely and hospitable. The apartment is small but as described and very comfortable. Thank you.

The view was great. We had a hard time leaving the house, we would stay for another month if we had time. The taste was left in our palate. Everything was thought out and clean in the kitchen. Thank you so much for this beautiful experience .

I enjoyed my stay here. The home is clean and spacious. It was a great value for me, with all the essential amenities. The location overlooks a village and is above a café that buzzes with activity from around 7:30 a.m. to 10 or 11 p.m. daily. The locals are friendly, and many speak English; even if not, you’re likely to be invited for tea. Muhammed is a great host and I want to thank him for his patience with my many questions and changes to my reservation! Note: There are frequent power outages in the village. Most last only a few seconds or minutes but the one on my 10th day lasted 3.5 hours. Muhammed informed me of the outages in advance of my stay and alhamdullilah, there was no significant impact to my work. You can also use the power at the family beach restaurant if this happens. Mini-buses run ~7 or 8x/day. Thanks again for everything, Muhammed! :)

We had a perfect stay! The location was excellent. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, was clean, and beautifully furnished. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was very easy, and Stamatis was a wonderful host, always available, very friendly, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. We would definitely stay here again!

I stayed in Mikaela's place with two colleagues on a work trip. The apartment is fantastic – much bigger than it looks in the photos, with many choices of comfy places to eat or relax. We appreciated the three bathrooms very much. It was spotlessly clean had had all the amenities we would want. The balcony is a great place to entertain friends over a glass of wine whilst enjoying the mountain views. Mikaela met us in person (which seems to be rare these days) to introduce us to the apartment. She was friendly, flexible and responsive. The apartment feels slightly out of the way. This means is it very quiet – and also has very easy parking, which I appreciated, having a rental car. However, it is really just a short walk to the marina, with plenty of restaurant choices. There is also a very good supermarket extremely close, perfect for popping out to buy breakfast after a late night!

Anna is one of the most responsive and accommodating host i have come across. She had taken care of all small things that might be needed by the tenants. The property was walking distance away from Kos airport. Extremely happy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definite consider next time in Kos. The fish restaurant next door was amazing, ferries to Turkey & other activities are across the street. Easy walk or bike rides to sandy beaches. Highly recommend Stella’s place!

The accommodation was exactly as described and as in the photos - everything was clean, tidy and well equipped. The location is really great: it's less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there are bakeries and small supermarkets nearby. Particularly practical for families: there is a kind of playground directly opposite the accommodation, so the children could play right outside the door and within sight. Host Michael was super polite, very accommodating and always helpful. You feel like you are in good hands. I can really recommend this great accommodation to everyone!

After reading the fantastic reviews we had high expectations and it was even better! We had a fantastic time from check-in to checkout. Vasilis and Manolis received us personally, warmly with a tour of the beautiful stay, a fridge with treats provided by Nia. There was even a welcome gift, so thoughtful! The stay neat, cozy and everything was provided for a pleasant stay. We slept wonderfully there! Quiet, air conditioning and the mattress was great! The cozy terrace was perfect for eating meals. With mood lighting in the evening. But what really made this place very special was the warmth and kindness of the family. They even had a surprise for my husband's birthday. They were always available but also gave us space. The perfect place for those looking for peace, Greek hospitality a warm home feeling, good location among the locals. Michalis was a real super host, he was flexie in terms of check in and also he proactively offerd me late check out. His flat is very nice and clean, he left me water, beer in the refrigerator and som sweet and salty snacks. Communication was very easy, his response time was fast. I will definey recommend Michalis apartment!

I want to thank the host and co-host for the beautiful stay... the place is in a very peaceful area next to the kos town, i’d say it’s walkable to kos town and it’s the center of the city with its beautiful lambi beach but definitely better if you are renting a car... There’s a supermarket like 5-6 mins walking for your daily needs and a beautiful turkish restaurant like 10 mins walking in the platani square. What i found really nice is the communication with the host and co-host. They were always there for recommendations and advices. The house was really clean with extra towels bed sheets and everything you look for in a vacation house. We definitely recommend Angela’s House for anyone who would a nice, quiet and peaceful stay near kos town with its beautiful surroundings full of trees and farm-like vibes.
