Luxury Beachfront House in Datça Nergisevi, Kumluk

Located on the sandy beach in the center of Datça, İskele neighborhood, our house is located on the beachfront, the building is 1 year old, newly furnished inside, has its own detached entrance, and is on the second floor of a two-storey house. There is no other apartment on the same floor in the building, it is very enjoyable to watch the sunrise and the full moon from the balcony. The beach in front of you is clean and you can comfortably bath in the sea. There is a mall on the main street, just 100 m away for shopping, and two free open parking lots very close by (100 m).

A place away from the world, close to Derya, with centuries-old olive trees in its garden, surrounded by stone and nature from the village house. It is not a place that those who are looking for big city, resort or hotel comfort will be happy, but I believe that those who want more peace of mind and tranquility will be very happy. For those who are afraid of spiders, ants, etc., don't let them know we're invading their places.
