Perfect accommodation for a stopover near Fontainebleau. Quiet environment. parking sometimes a little far from the accommodation, but always on the street, depending on the arrival time. Steep access staircase, but overall it's a great place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ambiance Seine. Our hosts, Laurence and Andrew were very friendly, and provided a wonderful experience. The apartment was beautifully and professionally decorated. We were especially thankful for the luxurious KING sized bed! The kitchen was nicely outfitted, and I also want to mention the huge bathtub. That too was a treat. We cooked most of our meals so appreciated the great kitchen and appliances. It has a large screen TV, but we spent most of our time watching the vessel traffic right in front of the property. On our last day, we rented one of their electric boats to explore the Seine and connecting canal. There are three other apartments in their building, but noise level and privacy were never an issue. There is no vehicle traffic as this is the last property on the lane.

We enjoyed our stay in the little studio in the heart of fontainebleau - close to everything, shops restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, parking house - but still quite (if you shut off the fridge over night ;)). Clean and cozy, the studio offers everything you need, even a little private terrace right in front of your door for meals outdoors. We would come again!

Very pleasant accommodation, spacious and well decorated. We enjoyed this little private path: it is so pleasant to have a glass of wine (offered by Jean-Christophe and Mireille) facing the Seine. We will probably come back to visit the castle of Rosa Bonheur which is only a few minutes away.

Good accommodation, the apartment is very large and pleasant, with easy access. Some nearby shops, supermarket 9 min walk, I would definitely recommend this Airbnb

Our stay was very pleasant, Flora welcomed us warmly and gave us good advice to explore the city and its surroundings. The accommodation is even better than in the photos and is very practical, clean and nicely arranged, it is very close to the city center and allowed us to do everything on foot or by bike

This is a second-floor apartment on the corner of a building above a pizza restaurant. It has windows on two sides, directly opposite the chateau, providing a marvellous view, particularly as the sun set. The apartment is simply and tastefully furnished, and given its location it is very quiet (there was no sound from the restaurant with the double-glazed windows closed). Like many communal French buildings of a similar type, running the gauntlet of the communal stairs and bins on entry is not particularly pleasant. However, as soon as you step inside the place is clean, smart and welcoming. We were due to receive check-in instructions via the AirBnB app but there was a problem with messages getting through., The host immediately helped by emailing instructions direct to me. Very helpful and on-the-ball.

We had a good stay. The apartment is really great as well as the view. We will come back without hesitation.

This place is perfect ! A little piece of Fontaine bleau heaven . Our Host Aurélien thought of everything for our stay. He really went above and beyond from welcome to check out. The apartment is beautiful inside and everything is how described . The location is perfect . We feel lucky to have found this little Gem and hope it won’t be long again until we can return here . Alex is very responsive and thoughtful. The rental is really consistent with the photos on the site. The accommodation is very clean and pleasant, and allows a very nice evening with its spacious spa bath with its powerful jets. The only small remark would be that it is on the edge of the road, but the double glazing makes it possible to greatly reduce the noise, knowing that at night there is not much traffic. If you want a romantic and quiet evening: I recommend it! Sandrine

Very good Airbnb, very cozy not to mention the jacuzzi which was perfect. Just a shame that there was a part of the LEDs that did not work and I would have liked to be informed before my arrival.
