Appartement très sympathique, situé à distance idéale du centre ville (10 min à pied). Communication très fluide avec Pauline, avec de très bons conseils restaurants etc

Logement parfait pour une étape tout près de Fontainebleau. Environnement calme. parking parfois un peu loin du logement, mais toujours dans la rue, selon l'heure d'arrivée. Escalier d'accès un peu raide, mais dans l'ensemble c'est une très bonne adresse.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ambiance Seine. Our hosts, Laurence and Andrew were very friendly, and provided a wonderful experience. The apartment was beautifully and professionally decorated. We were especially thankful for the luxurious KING sized bed! The kitchen was nicely outfitted, and I also want to mention the huge bathtub. That too was a treat. We cooked most of our meals so appreciated the great kitchen and appliances. It has a large screen TV, but we spent most of our time watching the vessel traffic right in front of the property. On our last day, we rented one of their electric boats to explore the Seine and connecting canal. There are three other apartments in their building, but noise level and privacy were never an issue. There is no vehicle traffic as this is the last property on the lane.

We enjoyed our stay in the little studio in the heart of fontainebleau - close to everything, shops restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, parking house - but still quite (if you shut off the fridge over night ;)). Clean and cozy, the studio offers everything you need, even a little private terrace right in front of your door for meals outdoors. We would come again!

This is a second-floor apartment on the corner of a building above a pizza restaurant. It has windows on two sides, directly opposite the chateau, providing a marvellous view, particularly as the sun set. The apartment is simply and tastefully furnished, and given its location it is very quiet (there was no sound from the restaurant with the double-glazed windows closed). Like many communal French buildings of a similar type, running the gauntlet of the communal stairs and bins on entry is not particularly pleasant. However, as soon as you step inside the place is clean, smart and welcoming. We were due to receive check-in instructions via the AirBnB app but there was a problem with messages getting through., The host immediately helped by emailing instructions direct to me. Very helpful and on-the-ball.

Très spacieux et agréable et confortable :) on s’y sentais très bien, nous avons passé un superbe moment! Propreté impeccable à notre arrivée et c’est agréable d’avoir quelques condiments à disposition dans la cuisine !

This place is perfect ! A little piece of Fontaine bleau heaven . Our Host Aurélien thought of everything for our stay. He really went above and beyond from welcome to check out. The apartment is beautiful inside and everything is how described . The location is perfect . We feel lucky to have found this little Gem and hope it won’t be long again until we can return here . Great little apartment. Plenty of room. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom - very clean and modern and plenty of hot water. Very easy to deal with owner. Super responsive.

Alex est très réactif et attentionné. La location est réellement conforme aux photos du site. Le logement est très propre et agréable, et permet une soirée très sympa avec sa baignoire balnéo spacieuse avec ses jets performants. La seule petite remarque serait que c'est au bord de la route, mais le double vitrage permet d'atténuer largement le bruit, tout en sachant que la nuit il n'y a pas beaucoup de circulation. Si vous souhaitez une soirée en amoureux et tranquille : je recommande ! Sandrine

Très bon séjour passer dans votre le logement. Hôte très réactif et répond à tout moment et n’importe quel heure en cas de problème. Logement très propre et aucun manquement rien à dire tout es parfait !

Très bon airbnb, bien cosy sans parler dans jacuzzi qui était parfait. Juste dommage qu’il y avait une partie des leds qui ne fonctionnait pas et j’aurai aimer en être informé avant mon arrivée.

Super endroit très reposant et sympa , ont est en face de la seine si ont veut se promener, logement identique à la photo, très propre et hôte très réactif au moindre besoin. je reviendrai avec mon mari 👍
