The Hillcrest Hideaway is a simple cozy cabin in a quiet neighborhood. Newly renovated in the winter of ‘23 this tiny house is located on the same property as the owner’s home but provides complete privacy with its own fenced in yard. Inside is a full kitchen, living area, and comfy Queen bed and is stocked with everything you need. Outside there is a living room, dining area, grill, shower, and rooftop deck. The beach and sound are both a short bike ride and the town of Duck is 2 miles north.

Small, unique cottage in a quiet neighborhood on an old road near the marshes and bays in Kitty Hawk, NC. ( The cottage is across the street from the mailbox.) The cottage is tucked away on the backside of the barrier island; however, we are close to the beach and centrally located to most of the towns along the Outer Banks. This is a NON-SMOKING property. All towels and linens are provided and I do not charge a cleaning fee . Please have positive prior reviews and be at least 26 years old.
